@@themadladorian4364 I feel like battle pack is such a loose term these days. Just a set with named imperial officers and some troopers with a decent build was more my intention haha
Oh man I'm with you on this secret beauty! Seriously underrated set! You can buy the ship much discounted without the figures. The windshield piece, wedges, and overall gray parts pack on offer is just unbeatable. Great for MOCing.
If you want more Andor minfigures I suggest Minifigco for custom printed imperial prisoners and hallofbricks for custom printed Dedra Meero, Bix Caleen
The problem with Andor is that it isn’t a very ,,toyetic” series. Sure it has cool typical Star Wars elements, and Sci-Fi tech, but for the most part it’s extremely realistic and ground to Earth. Both visually and story wise. Wich is a good thing for a tv series. But it isn’t very marketable. At least not for a mainstream audience. And especially not for children who play with toys. My guess is that’s what Lego is looking at. Sure collector’s want more Andor sets, but Lego also has to be for kids as well. So they released one set that can be appealing to both demographics. And I suppose in their eyes there isn’t more. I admit, Andor isn’t really for both kids and adults to enjoy like Star Wars usually is. I’m not saying it’s too violent or dark for children, (although it does have some disturbing moments), but it just wouldn’t be interesting or engaging for a 12 year old.
i dunno man i think andor balances the toyetic and storytelling nature of sw you got tons of cool ships and imperial stuff while delivering on an excellent story i mean luthen's ship
I agree that Andor feels more adult than previous shows and films, and maybe thats why LEGO hasn't gone all out with new sets inspired by it, but I do think we could get some imperial sets under the Andor label. They would just need to include an exclusive figure or two.
Got it for sale for $55.99 at Target last month along with the Leia Boushh Helmet (also for $55.99). Love Rogue One & the show. Sad there isn't more sets out there for it (I have the entire Rogue One line thank goodness).
@@florian6259 I guess it really does depend on popularity. I could genuinely see LEGO putting out a more "Imperial" themed set and calling it Andor. I doubt we'll get another Syril figure haha
@@florian6259The fact that Reva get a lot of different action figures from different toy company's (Lego, Hasbro) but Syril get a short end of the stick and get none of it at all is kind of sad, bad and ironic.
I’m getting ready to pick this set up for $80 because I missed it. It’s the one and only set from Andor Season 1 and considering how well received Andor & Rogue One are I can see it jumping in value over the next couple years so I might as well get it now before Season 2 comes out early next year and the prices climb way up.
@@DarkBluishGray yeah it sucks but the first season is probably one of my series of all time no matter how biased I am so $12 over retail was a small price to pay
So you bought a serial Cyril for ceral memes. I see what you did there. 😀 On another note: I absolutely loved Andor and really hope that Lego identifies the more adult fanbase as enough of a market to produce more sets once season 2 launches. 🙂 Oh, and before I forget to mention the main thing: Excellent video, thanks a lot. I just stumbled upon your channel but will sure be sticking around. Keep up the good work!
I know you said that this set is good and wait for a sale, but how do you rank in the price bracket against a set like the atte, inquisitor transport, Ahsokas t-6 shuttle, and the dioramas? Ik they are all more expensive but they also have more, idk what I'm even asking how do you rank them?
Unless you've watched and enjoyed Andor, I think it's a set you could pass on and put the money towards an ATTE especially since that is also on sale for like $110 now. I really liked Andor so this set has been on my list for a while now.
We need Dedra Meero. Like, why haven't we gotten an ISB Battle Pack with her and Colonel Yularen?! LEGO is dropping the ball.
Exactly! That would be awesome.
You want an army of Dedra's and Yularens ? 💀
@@themadladorian4364 I feel like battle pack is such a loose term these days. Just a set with named imperial officers and some troopers with a decent build was more my intention haha
What we need is an ISB Room diorama with Yularen, Dedra, Partagaz, and a few other ISB cronies in it.
Is that you Cyril?
I would love a set of Luthen’s ship
I would love to see that too!

I need Luthen's ship! We can hope.
Gonna wait for the set to go on sale then I’ll snag one off from my nearby target. Loved Andor so hopefully we get more sets based on it.
It's a great set. If you could get it for $55 that would sweeten the deal.
I haven't watched Andor but I am now thinking of doing so. Keep making great videos Gray!
Thanks Cameron! You really should.
I shall this weekend.@@DarkBluishGray

Thats a nice find! Congrats
I hardly imagine Lego not doing any new Andor set when season 2 comes out
Interesting that they only made one, but made 3 for Ahsoka.
@@DarkBluishGray I believe that they think that Ahsoka is way more popular (which is probably true). But yeah, interesting !

I was thinking about scooping this one up but you’ve set the nail in the coffin for me! 😂😂
Is that positive or negative? haha
This is is a solid set, but I'm not a fan of the mullet hair they gave the Cassian figure.
Yeah not huge on that myself.
i got this a while ago and it had a very nice surprise inside. i got 2 sticker sheets in my box so now i have a cool little collectible of some sorts
You should have double applied every sticker! ;)

A troop transport without troopers. Missed opportunity.
