  • Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates, treatment couch based, passive stretching to the lumbar spine.
These techniques can be used within the middle of a wider sports massage treatment, or at the end of the treatment, with the aim of lengthening the muscle group and increasing range of motion within the lower back region. The client may also feel a stretch around the pectoral region too, due to their arm position.
This video is aimed at massage / sports massage, sports therapists, manual therapists etc.
This is an example of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Couch Based, Passive Stretching short course, which is available as Face to Face training, at our centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK or via our accredited Online short course, which can be studied at a time and pace to suit you.
