I managed to get him twice on one pull alongside NC Blue. Talk about sheer luck. But, Arc Suit Leon pack a PUNCH!
I got very lucky with arc fairs, i got all of them in 1 multi with the only exception being cynthia and steven, i got cynthia after 2 multis, and steven after 7 dailies.
