Its true. Kum keemat ke chakkar mein aise hi kisi dukaan se kabhi na lo. Pay a little extra if you have to and have a peace of mind.
SMC is very reputed, very well known shop. Maine wahan se 9-10 saal pehle Razer Deathadder, msi R5770 HAWK, CM Storm mousepad (which i still use), cooler master thermal paste liya tha.
Ek mahine pehle naye parts lete waqt wahan ni jaa paaya but zyaadatar parts Gigabyte se le liye. NZXT ka case bhi Mass Computer Systems (official retailer) se liya.
Agar official retaiers/authorized resellers se lete hain to ghapla hone ka chance bhi kum hota hai since in that case, it will bring down store's and company's reputation. Thats my opinion.

Guys I have just obtained a price quotation from them regarding the my gaming PC build , their prices are cheaper than costtocost. I can see a clear difference of 2k in the net amount. (Btw I am pairing a g4560 and 1050ti oc 4gb)
Edit 1 : I ended up buying my PC parts from Soham Electronics in Nehru place instead of SMC because the issues with after sales service of MSI I went with Zotac for GPU and Gigabyte for mobo.
