A good B450 motherboard with big heatsinks is better for Ryzen 5000 series than goin with cheaper B550. You will get much more stability on a B450 with the same price as you get a cheap B550
A Mid Range B450 at the price of Low Range B550. I have a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450 and it has a very good VRM, Thicc heatsinks and is more than enough to run a 5900x or 5950x. But my upgrade is going to be a 5800x

I have recently assembled build using msi b550 mortar wifi motherboard with AMD ryzen 7 5800x. Also installed the corsair aio with 2 fans. The performance of the whole system is so smooth like Makkhan. While running it for the first time only issue that I have found was, the Bootable pen drive was getting detected and I was getting the windows logo but it was not going further. Also check the bios again and found that it was showing processor speed as 0Hz. Later I had installed the latest version of the bios which I forgot as amd had already mentioned that one bios update is needed. So I had installed it and later everything was smoothly done. This was my first build and I am happy that everything went well and the performance that I wanted is getting delivered. Forgot to mention the cpu and motherboard temperature in general log is under 35°c and in heavy load it is not going above 55-60°c

@@vibhorvaish5893 nah. Chrome is not as cpu demanding as it is ram demanding. Because if you actually see most of the tabs will load once which requires cpu resource but after loading it will mostly require the memory. Tabs which are actively loading data such as youtube or any streaming website will require constant cpu resource. So most of the tabs don't require as much of the cpu as they require the ram. Maybe you have a potato CPU or something

Mai abhi 3950 b550 auros master(mahenga hai par kai x570 se accha hai cooling mein) pe behterein chala raha hu. Auros master 550, x570 extreme ka vrm leke aata hai(hope so lamba jayega). Mai heavy workload vm's/cloud pe kaam karta hu..avergae temp 67 -75 tak jata hai x73 kraken ke saath (average 12-20 ghante on rehta hai pc).Yeh information bakiyonkelay fayde mand hogi, hope so, aur bhai aise contents daala karo exp wale maza aata hai!!!!!!!!!!!
