I am SO glad you had a positive airport experience, Jaquie! Honestly, I was a little bit nervous, what with all of the stories these days about TSA, or about people giving service dogs hard times on flights. As a person without chronic illness, it makes me soooo happy to see that you can still enjoy travel like anyone else can (:
Glad you made it through! The dogs are so cute! I had to laugh at the first shot of them on the plane! They were both crammed on Jaquie's side leaving little room for her feet! Janice, although your commentary was funny, saying things like that in an airport could cause a lot of trouble, even if you are just joking. It only takes one person to take the comment the wrong way and you could be denied flying privileges or worse have to explain things to the police. Have fun guys!
What an enjoyable video! You two are such wonderful advocates for living life to the fullest. I truly appreciate how kind and respectful and grateful you are to all the people who are caring and compassionate in assisting you in your endeavors. Love, love, love all six of you so much.
I think about all the advancements you have made to get on this flight. The packing the wheelchair. Training Harlow. Your meds. Amazing. Cannot wait to find out where you went.
My boyfriend has been some what supportive but not entirely when I was recommended a Service Dog for my CPTSD and additional Medical Health. Wish my boyfriend had same pro-active behavior and attitude like yours.
I am truly amazed at you two ladies. It's hard enough to travel, but you ladies had it all planned, with the dogs and men, of course. Very interesting video and I can't wait to see the next one!!!

try it totally alone. yikes. i did once. The airport was super nice. meet me at two layovers and pushed me around. I had wheelchair apart and let me take me around. I was in the chair only 50% of the time back then. it was complicated, but the airport arranged it all for me. One layover took a bit of time, so they took me too food court area and I had company for lunch. LOL And I packed medical supplies separate and it was not counted as luggage.... thanks for sharing...

Ahhh thank you so much for this video. I'm flying in about a month for the first time since I got my service dog and I'm so nervous about it. This has helped me calm down a bit and get a better idea of what to expect
Thank you so much for sharing your airport experience! I have been waiting for you to upload this! Lol I have a trip in a couple of months with my esa, wheelchair, and smart drive. I’m a paraplegic so I always need an aisle chair to get into my seat, it def takes time to do it. My anxiety has been so crazy just thinking of it! I appreciate your tips and heads up with everything, I’m really hoping all goes well with my trip. I’m using Southwest, I wonder if we can also use TSA’s help? It would help is a whole lot! I have two kids to worry about too! 😩😬😥😥 Have a fun and safe trip guys! 🙏🏼
liezl_x0 call your airport to ask about TSA assistance. It should be an option. I've air traveled with my wheelchair and everything went pretty smooth tbh! You can also always make sure you have a medical paper with you in which your conditions are stated. Just in case
TSA Cares should be available no matter which airline you're using. Definitely call and set it up, going through security with a wheelchair, an animal, and kids sounds like a nightmare unassisted.
I've flown with southwest before with a wheelchair and medications and they were actually very lovely and accommodating. When I bought my ticket I requested assistance so I basically had someone escort me through everything like Jaquie did. However I really recommend you avoid United if you can help it. I have had so many problems with them including a butt-load of lost luggage
Have fun! It can get crazy. I have a j-tube, a central line, and all liquid meds. It is always interesting to see security's expression when I start pulling all of the liquid med bottles out of my bags. When I go to Russia (it is usually 30-32 hrs of travel and 4 or 5 connections depending) I literally have 40 bottles of liquid meds (including 7 bottles of liquid nausea meds and 7 of narcotic pain meds). As you can imagine, it gets a bit crazy and time consuming. Overall, security personal in all of the airports I have connected through in Europe have been great. London was awesome. It is in the US that I have the most hassle, with Paris running a close second. It can take me as long two hrs to get through security . Also grateful that in the 5 trips I have made to Russia, they have never made me take off my AFOs. It is definitely exhausting but I don't mind because I usually have one to two additional crazy event stories to bring home with me! More important, I love Russia. I love the Russian people, the culture, and the country is beautiful. I always feel so fortunate that I have been able to make 5 trips there despite my health issues. And my mom just said there will be another trip to Russia next year! Have a super fun trip!!! I hope everything goes smoothly for you!
First! Thanks for your very informative videos, showing a small glimpse into your days with chronic illnesses! Greetings from Germany! Have a great trip! Britta
Sorry I am new to the channel and don't want to sound rude - but what is her illness/disability other than being in a wheel chair? I don't want to sound rude though
Hi, if you are new to this channel ,please check the notifications underneath the video and watch the first introductions to chronically Jaquie, before writing such really rude things that hurt .......
Hi. Now I did actually watch those videos but was just wondering if another human could explain it to me in shorter terms. I was afraid that people like you might take offense which is why I said TWICE that I was concerned about coming off as rude. I think majority of people could have deduced from what I wrote that I was just trying to find out a little more, just a basic 'in a nutshell' explanation and I understand that perhaps people like you may view it as rude. I have the utmost respect for her and anyone else with a illness. I was just trying to find out a little bit more. ANYWAY, not really sure how your response went from polite and nice to actually hurting my feelings as it was obvious I was not trying to offend. Enjoy your day... in oh GERMANY.
Sorry, I didn't want to berude! I guess, a story like Jaquie's isn't told in a few sentences, so I guess you really should take the time to watsch the first video where she is explaining her illnesses. I never wanted to hurt you in any way! I have been watching Jaquie's vlog for, I guess, a ywar or so and lately she decided to stop daily vlogging cause it was too much stress for her and her health. I am sorry about that, but I do understand why. I have MS myself and struggle with everyday's problems also. And yes ,I am from Germany. Have a great sunday, maybe you forgive me my unpoliteness, I apologize
No that's totally okay! I too am sorry for maybe sort of (haha) responding bit passive aggressively. I have watched majority of her vids and can only sympathise. And you too! I hope that your MS doesn't progess too much. I hope you can forgive me also, I think we both just maybe got the wrong end of the stick. Have a FANTASTIC! day and enjoy your youtubing! : )
HI Jaquie it's my first time coming across your video. I'm not sure which illness you're having but I pray for a fast recovery and your positivity has spread widely all the way here to Australia. Much love and God bless
Actually the air in the plane is not recirculated. the air you feel coming out of the ac above your head is bleed air off of the turbine engine. The bleed air is supplied from the outside air coming into the compressor of the engines themselves. So you might be wondering, why doesn't the aircraft pressure keeping getting higher if they keep pumping in air from the bleed air? There is something called an outflow value located usually aft fuselage or near the tail. this valve opens and closes in order to keep the cabin pressure consistent. Never the less the fuselage is a good place for sickness to spread but its not much worse then your typical crowded train or bus. Next time you fly, turn on the AC over your head just before push back (when the aircraft is pushed away from the gate) you will notice that the air will stop flowing above your head because they are turning on the engines. For the full reason why this happens i recommend doing more research on it but for the sake of keeping this comment short... they use the air that was going out of the AC above your head in order to turn the turbine on the engine. Turbine needs some help turning before it can keep itself going. they get this air from something called the APU (auxiliary power unit) that is located in the tail of most airliners and is can be used as a form of "generator" when the aircraft is not on. then once the engine turns on you will feel the AC come back on again... You might even notice that the AC is stronger then when it was turned off before... this is because the air is being supplied from the bleed air off the engines rather then the smaller APU. They may even use a GPU but ill leave it at that. Im sure you could care less about aircraft systems. haha, just a pilot thing I guess!
Thanks for the info mattatbat96. Do you also know what kind of filtration system is used. Since i discovered that particle pollution is responsable for my flares i wear a mask from the moment i aproach the airport to the moment i leave the airport of my destination. If i could be sure that the air was filtered by active carbon, for example, before entering airoplane i would not need the mask during the flight.
Major props for conquering the airport and all that it entails! I got anxiety just watching this! I can’t handle airports whatsoever lol Hope you all have a fantastic trip! Excited to see where you guys are heading!
I know I'm.late to the party, but I had to tell you about the autocaptioning on this vid, because I lost it laughing at one point!! Where you boarded the train, and it gave the announcement "please stand clear of the doors", it captioned as "please stand clear of wolves" which I thought was pretty solid advice 😂🤣
Oh that's so awesome! Last night we arrived in the Pittsburg airport at 11:00 pm. We had an awesome time at Disney. Hope your having a great trip and are feeling well!!! ✈️❤️🐶🌸
oh my god i finally realised something that i could never quite put my finger on! jackie and janice in their respective pink and green outfits (and harlow and orion too) look like cosmo and wanda, from the fairly oddparents, when they're trying to disguise themselves! ill never be able to look at you two the same again haha this is amazing
I’ve flown with a feeding tube and used a airport wheelchair went connect to tube feed (I have a gastric pacemaker and can’t go through metal detectors) which is why I opted to use one of the airports wheelchairs. I managed to go from the UK to Ibiza and it went well. Even carrying 3.5 litres of different meds and litre of feed, having emergency injections and needles with me for my Addison’s disease it all went well x
How have you made it with IV Toradol alone. I find it impossible, especially when traveling which flares my pain, to cope with any level of minimum comfort, without my narcotic pain meds! I wish I could drop them though because the side effects are sometimes worse! Any suggestions?
Depends on the airline. I have had miserable trips (with united) and amazing trips (with southwest). I've honestly flown with the majority of airlines at one point or another so if you have questions about my experiences with a specific one I'd be happy to answer
Seemed kind of strange you just talking and joking through security. Maybe it's just a cultural thing, but where I'm from, you're not allowed to use cell phones or film. We would never ever joke about security. Not trying to be negative, I was just taken aback by it all.
most of what they say and joke about. she dont realize it crossed boundaries due to her autism and such. she explained this in her updated chronic illnesses video
Eh, didn't seem odd to me at all. I've been on a plane in and out of country several times. Some agents are cooler than others - and when you do special searches they are far more friendly. We had to for our pre-made formula - it took quite some time but the agents were friendly and talkative and joked too.
I remembered some sad memories of my sister while she still had a feeding tube she still has a scar we call it her second belly button but nearly cried when the thought came to mind thank you for making videos like this for people like my sister to related too
@Tianna Black It's not rude to ask at all. They are AFO's which stands for ankle/foot orthoses (orthosis if you have just one). Basically they are leg braces for a condition known as foot drop. I wear them too. Foot drop is just what it sounds like - when we walk, our feet can twist and turn every which way, and sometimes just fall out from underneath us. Mine are from a lack of feeling in my legs caused by a bad back surgeon who caused nerve damage. They will set off the metal detectors in airports because of the buckles, which are made of metal. I hope this helps you understand. If you would like more info, feel free to contact me on here. I am glad to help in any way I can. Please remember it's never rude to ask questions. What is rude is when people make nasty comments and stare!

missing you a lot today jaquie 💜
What beautiful pups! So inspirational. Thank you!
“SHANE!” “ **running noises**”
BottleBabies Reborns :)
Y'all have trained Harlow and Orion so well! They are amazing dogs, and I hope y'all have a fun trip!
Hippo: "Ooh, I'm getting a pet-down! I like!"
What an enjoyable video! You two are such wonderful advocates for living life to the fullest. I truly appreciate how kind and respectful and grateful you are to all the people who are caring and compassionate in assisting you in your endeavors. Love, love, love all six of you so much.
I love you Jaquie :C you have given so much support and information to me.
Sadly Jaquie won't see this wonderful post..
I am truly amazed at you two ladies. It's hard enough to travel, but you ladies had it all planned, with the dogs and men, of course. Very interesting video and I can't wait to see the next one!!!
Your TSA agent looked so nice... She smiled! I’m so jealous... I hope you’re having fun!
I love seeing people who needs service on UA-cam because I see what their life is like and it's unique
I had a liquid for my head bumps with me in my carry on, they also tested it but everything was ok, glad y’all had a great trip!
You give me so much hope; like I thought my life would be so limited with chronic illness, but with my SD and people like you it makes me so much more hopeful
Harlow like oh hello human you can pats me.
Woo Hoo! Safe travels!! ✈💨💙
Thank you for taking all of the time and energy you did into vlogging this video! 💕 It was incredibly informative for me as someone who has been recently diagnosed with a chronic illness. 😷
I have always wanted to travel new places, & after watching this video I do see it's possible with a lot of preparing and a lot of determination! 💪
Please know you are making a difference in people's lives by spreading your love, knowledge, & adventures! ❤🐕💑♿🌈
try it totally alone. yikes.
Um hun she won't see this..
She passed.
@@fantasygirlstudio4659 really? awhhhhh thats heartbreaking. she seem so full of life and good spirits considering. That's makes TWO people I am shocked about, other one I talked to weekly belly to belly around me, already I have found out about today; and I not even got through my hot tea (coffee) yet. when she pass?
Great job all around, the pups did great! I know if you give the dogs treats when taking off and landing it does help with the pressure in their ears! I’m so excited for you all!
I never knew she died I thought u guys were talking about a dog. Rest in Peace you will be missed by everyone 🙏
I loved your enthusiasm . Your dog are beautiful. God bless all 4 of you. I hope you had a great vacation.
She did.
I'm not sure if you knew but Jaquie passed.
It's really interesting to see the process for someone like you when travelling.
Anyways, hope you had fun !
Looking back to these make me cry
I don't have any chronic illnesses or anything but I really like your videos. I just find them really interesting.
But I don't like them as I always have to watch them as soon I see them and Harlow is TOO cute!
You like her videos, but you don't like her videos?
Deborah Opalweb upvote them. Because they watch the video first
Ahhh thank you so much for this video. I'm flying in about a month for the first time since I got my service dog and I'm so nervous about it. This has helped me calm down a bit and get a better idea of what to expect
Tucker Phillips she passed away
I have the same issues as you
Hey I’m new to your channel I love your video
It’s been two years now. You were great 👍🏿 loved your videos.
Hard to believe she's gone..
You ma’am are missed 💛🌻🌿
Sorry but she passed away.
when you uploaded this video it was officially my birthday and i am so happy that you made it through the flight. :)
This was so adorable I miss her so much ❤️😭
When you love Jaq even more because she references Bob’s Burgers 🍔❤️
Rest in peace jaquie I still love and watch your videos we miss you
I'm surprised your ear defenders aren't pink
lol
I get stressed going through TSA in general but with all your medical supplies I would freak out. You guys are handling it very well!
Rest easy Jacquie you'll be missed 💔
Awesome vlog!!! You did so well at capturing your experience through the airport. Hope all is well, thank you for sharing!
MrsInAbox ikr
Harlow is the *CUTEST* dog ever!
Oh that's so awesome! Last night we arrived in the Pittsburg airport at 11:00 pm. We had an awesome time at Disney. Hope your having a great trip and are feeling well!!! ✈️❤️🐶🌸
Harlow is just the sweetest, she's so adorable!
Sighs-°Ive Watching all her videos again cause I missed her so much May u rest in peace beautiful soul
oh my god i finally realised something that i could never quite put my finger on!
jackie and janice in their respective pink and green outfits (and harlow and orion too) look like cosmo and wanda, from the fairly oddparents, when they're trying to disguise themselves! ill never be able to look at you two the same again haha this is amazing
Rip I mss you hope you had a great life
I’ve flown with a feeding tube and used a airport wheelchair went connect to tube feed (I have a gastric pacemaker and can’t go through metal detectors) which is why I opted to use one of the airports wheelchairs.
Aw you're such a strong woman! I'm glad I found your channel
Filming all of this quiets my fears of flying! Now I feel like they aren't as mean as the news makes them out to be.
Depends on the airline. I have had miserable trips (with united) and amazing trips (with southwest). I've honestly flown with the majority of airlines at one point or another so if you have questions about my experiences with a specific one I'd be happy to answer
Sas is so nice in business class and well kind of nice in economy
I fly delta airlines with epi pens and diabetes supplies as well as in a wheelchair because of crps and they were awesome
thank you for making this video! It is very helpful! hope you all had a great trip!
Ma'am she can't answer you she passed away.
Seemed kind of strange you just talking and joking through security. Maybe it's just a cultural thing, but where I'm from, you're not allowed to use cell phones or film. We would never ever joke about security. Not trying to be negative, I was just taken aback by it all.
They asked if they could film and TSA said yes. If you watch Janiece’s vlog she did say that they got permission
Holly Wittenberg thanks for the clarification.
most of what they say and joke about. she dont realize it crossed boundaries due to her autism and such. she explained this in her updated chronic illnesses video
Eh, didn't seem odd to me at all. I've been on a plane in and out of country several times. Some agents are cooler than others - and when you do special searches they are far more friendly. We had to for our pre-made formula - it took quite some time but the agents were friendly and talkative and joked too.
Fukking facts
I remembered some sad memories of my sister while she still had a feeding tube she still has a scar we call it her second belly button but nearly cried when the thought came to mind thank you for making videos like this for people like my sister to related too
What are the pink things that are on your legs ?
Sorry if that comes across rude I don’t mean it too
@Tianna Black It's not rude to ask at all.
He acted like a little kid when he got that video game that’s so cute!😂❤️
Do you ever get bad pain in your ear/neck when you fly? Really random question lol
Rest in peace jacquie,i love you and harlow
