Last year I was diagnosed with bronchitis which made me fall out of gym and till date I couldn't muster up the courage to weight lift thinking it will increase my testosterone and in turn the DHT, what should I do ? please tell!!

Yes, initial increase in hair fall can be seen in topical treatments, but it should subside within a few weeks... if you still have substantial hair fall by the 3rd session, then it wouldn't be normal...
