Wow. Very useful tips. I recently read about a stay at home mother who decided to change her morning routine to involve getting ready as if she were leaving her home to be an expensive professional nanny at someone else’s home. She put on makeup, proper footwear, styled her hair, wore perfume and some small earrings. She did this before tackling any chores in her home or waking the children and it changed her life. She became more productive and all those errands involving leaving your home were easier to tackle because she was not wearing her pyjamas all day. Her social life improved because she could now entertain at home without anyone catching her in an unkempt state. Even when staying indoors all day getting up and dressing appropriately fixes more than your appearance. It makes you ready to face anything during your day with confidence and grace.

Thank you Ayan for this video! I have watched a lot of videos on how to dress elegantly at home and it was just too much for me. This is perfect for an African lady (especially in Nigeria). A quick question please, do you consider wearing bra at home unnecessary ? I actually don't feel comfy without a bra at home but my sisters see it as weird.
I believe it depends on your preference. Your home should be a place that you are at least comfortable but personally, no bras at home.

I wear soft bras at home or sports bra that's not tight. My gals got to be well arranged too under stay at home wears. They have been through a lot. 🤣🤣
