THANK YOU. I did all those steps and I get 60-70ms instead of 100+ms and no more delay on movement or abilities. I tried things for hours and your ideas fixed.
For 99% of people it won't affect it at all, and in most cases it will INCREASE fps by a small bit. It very much depends on your specs. Try and google around a little bit if you are unsure about ticking it - but it shouldn't affect you in a negative way.
