Crack each fresh egg into a cup then add it. That way if there is anything weird in it you can throw it out and it's not in the food you're making. 😊 My Grandma taught me that.

Smart woman. Many years ago, I cracked a bad one from a farmer's market into a bowl of eggs. Horrible. But, those eggs came from a farmer's market.

As a kid I remember my mom craking a fertilized egg into the pan with another 2 eggs. I watched her scoop that dead chick out of the pan and keep on cooking. I was done. I refused to eat those eggs and I watched her cook eggs from then on out. It happened twice more times, and I would not eat those eggs. She tried to get us to eat the eggs that were good, but I refused. I learned early to crack all eggs into a dish first, because candeling at the egg factory isn't ver accurate at times.

I pan fry my hamburger steaks
In a skillet with bell peppers 🫑 and onions 🧅 diced and drain
excess Grease, pour in some beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pan, add 1/8 cup of brown gravy, bring to a boil, cut heat down and simmer for 15 minutes and done, the gravy is so so good, serve over rice or homemade mashed potatoes 🥔
We eat this year round. If I have onion 🧅 gravy left after we eat, I save and freeze it for when I cooked mashed potatoes
Again, when I make chicken strips or fried chicken and etc. ( no waste)

Your Sheetpan with sasague and vegetables. I thought pull out about 15 to 10 minutes before done and add eggs. A fried egg sounded good.

You crack me up lady! I started watching you & might have watched a whole slew in a row! Your home looks like my first home married, you used the same plates we did, & you remind me soooo much of myself honestly! I just crack up through all your videos! LOVE the content! Keep it up! I have 4 new recipes, which is surprising because a lot of these fall good videos are already staples, but yours are new!!

My momma used to make something like this, but she used hamburger meat instead of the hotdogs. We called it cowboy beans. We would get so excited, because they were that good. :)
