Mean Green Mowers Explanation of their side discharge and rear discharge decks. Visit www.MeanGreenMowers.com or call 513-738-4736 for any questions you may have!
My heavy duty mowers have spindle adapters with the key permanently embed inside plus they have raised pins that the outer holes on the blades align to. This ensures the blade is locked to the spindle and does not require accessive torque on the holding bolt and no risk of shearing in the spindle. Ensures no blade spin on the adapter. Also the bolts for the electric motors should be on the top of the deck with threaded holes on the deck to stop accessive rusting of the bolts and debris accumulation under the deck. Why not slot the deck to allow baffles to be dropped in from above and secured with bolts and rubber sleeves?
you never used that grass catcher with a big deck have you? You guys need to come up with a power bagger that holds 12-20 cubic ft of material. Ok the real reason I stopped by Zach was to ask if you have any dealer locations in York County, PA? As right not its about 2 hours to a dealer. Thus meaning if I need parts or the get it serviced which is inevitable I would need to drive 4 hours to get a part or drop it off to get repaired. Then another 4 hours to pick it up after it is repaired. Please tell me there is soon going to be a dealer in this area.
redisign your spindle adapter loss of a key during in feild blade change your screwed for that day of routes , have you solved the drift issue from the 2018 GIE ?

Love the rear discharge, but now set about designing a better mulch kit (see ExMark, they've pretty much perfected mulching).
Amazing product! I love it!!!!
To change blades do u have to discount batteries

Personally, I prefer a rear bagger. Makes mower more narrow and would hold more.
Two timed counter rotating rear discharge blades would be far superior to spread grass
Why not offer a full 100% mulch kit?
need now.. put the price more LOW

What is the drift issue?
@@grasshoppercrews1296 Thank you for the reply. Will check out Stanley's channel for that today.
I hope you have a short route. I thought they said 1.5 hrs run time per charge.?
Can we use loctite 609 for retaining the adapter?
Give our service team a call at 513-738-4736 and we can answer this for you!
Where is the free electric bagger that comes with it? Oh dang..doesn't exist..figured for the price it would come with a lifetime supply of baggers.
What a pain in the ass that will be with that key way.
