The Original Chase Scene from Pirates of the Caribbean Ride

When the Pirates of the Caribbean Ride first opened in 1967 in Disneyland California, there was a scene where drunk pirates pursued women. There is even a scene where a stout woman pursues a pirate. The famous part was the pooped pirate holding the skirt of a woman he was chasing who is hiding in the barrel. The Florida, Paris, and Tokyo versions had this scene too. Disneyland Paris was the only one with the Sword Fight Scene. But this Chase Scene would change many times to be politically correct rather than historically accurate to appease guest complaints. At present, the roles were reversed with the women holding weapons chasing the pirates away. The only surviving original chase scene is in the Tokyo Ride.
