  • Retired Navy Captain Brett Crozier graduated from the United States Naval Academy and embarked on a thirty-year career in the Navy, flying dozens of combat missions over Iraq and leading at the highest levels of operational command. He served as the Commanding Officer of a combat F/A-18 strike fighter squadron and ultimately commanded the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt before retiring from the Navy in 2022. On Saturday September 14th the Commemorative Air Force Southern California Wing at the Camarillo Airport hosted Captain Crozier as he took us on the grand adventures of his extraordinary career, including exciting tales of his aircraft carrier flying experiences and commanding US warships in the tense South China Sea. The event concluded with Brett taking a tour of CAF SoCal’s extensive museum and with CAF SoCal conducting a ride flight in their PBJ.

Captain Crozier sacrificed himself for every sailor onboard the USS Rosevelt. Very admirable.

CAPT. Crozier is an amazing individual, served 30 years with the U.S. Navy, became a highly decorated officer but when COVID struck nobody except him seemed to care for his crew. Unfortunately, the cowardly civilian "leaders" at the Pentagon made him a scapegoat. With all that being said, Brett is still the finest example of U.S. military personnel, he cared more for his people than for his own career!
