In an attempt to rule over the piglins of the Nether, the zombified piglins send out a powerful boss to defeat their protector, Technoblade. Unable to defeat it alone, Techno journeys to team up with his old friends, recruiting Philza and TommyInnit to take down this new enemy. Although, not everyone is so eager to join his side...

The amount of little details, hidden jokes and references in this, holy. This is literally an ode, a homage to Technoblade and what hes done over time he gave to us.

I love that you can tell the people who made this were big fans of not just technoblade but the dsmp as a whole. The subtle things like techno pulling his hand out of the bars or slicing upwards at Quackity’s teeth with a pickaxe that were things from SAD-ist’s hog hunt animatic. AND the fact they recognized the Antarctic empire outfits as the Antarctic empire out fits is so cool
100%. Dream SMP and pretty much most things back around 2019-2021-ish I was pretty invested in, so wanting to work in as much of that as I can :D

All the little references in this video is INSANE. The baby zombie in the cage, the stripped logs, the Axe of Peace, Toothpick, there are so many things which make this animation not just great, but AMAZING.
Also the bell with emerald blocks like the sell out bell, using fishing rod like 1.8 pvp, Ranboo being able to have infinite cake
The pit scene referencing when techno attempted to settle a dispute in a pit with hand to hand combat
Somehow missed the first two. Loved them putting Techno ripping his arm from the bars like in Sad-ist's Hog Hunt. The animators really did their homework!
And the thing with the wanted poster

Mow, the next part will undoubtedly be finding the 2 other people. Question is, who are they?
Feel free to drop your own theories, but these are mine:
Barrier blocks signify that they want to block off something. They want to create an indestructible layer of protection. My theory is thay either this is Sam or Dream.
There are a ton of loose ends to this, so I'm not entirely confident in this.
-Dream and Sam are part of the DSMP, so I don't think they're gonna go back to it in part 2
-At this point in the story L'manberg hasn't been completely totaled yet. (Albeit being in an entirely different area, but I think that's just for the coolness factor) And Tommy is still in possession of his discs.
-The prison was still being designed at this point, hence the warden thing is now moot
I don't think they would bring him in due to recent controversy, but dynamite *could* represent Wilbur, or again, Dream.
Wilbur because, well duh. If you love techno's content as much as I do, you'll know.
Dream because redstone tnt boom boom thing.
this animation is super sick. I love all the little easter eggs, but it stands on its own as a really good-looking story with believable motivations for each character.
Will be endlessly rewatching this until part 2, thank you.

now this is one hell of a tribute, at first I thought this was part dsmp fanfic, but then it randomly became a compilation of all things technoblade. we got some dsmp, hypixel skyblock, and what I believe was a partial cross between dsmp cannon and smp earth, it was just incredible. the fighting scenes are just phenomenal.

I haven't watched anything Dream SMP in three years. I still got excited about all the little details you guys added. Techno's arm getting caught in the bars during his execution. Techno getting distracted by the stripped wood. The stasis chamber taking too long to work. This is bringing back a lot of memories for me.
