My suggestion would be to distract as much as possible. The more you focus on it, the worse it gets. I like to play Call of Duty so it drags my attention away from the body long enough for me to realize that I am okay.

The thing I found that helps with panic attacks is to keep occupied with something else. If you're constantly scaring yourself and gearing up for something bad is gonna happen, it will drive you crazy but if you just do something else it's kind of hard to stay focused on the things that are scaring you.

Rip to your uncle and your cat dude ❤️ I started watching your videos i while ago just to learn more about schizophrenia bc a close family member got diagnosed. He gets a shot each month to keep it check. Anyway I’m glad you’re open about this and help other people understand how this work. I’ve had psychosis multiple times my self that are drug related and I’ve tried to convince my self that it’s all in my head, which it is but it’s easier said than done. I believe the more you experience it the easier it get to understand yourself and cope with it. My 20s was kinda ruff but now I’m 36 and can handle things much better.

Good to see you, again! Love watching you’re videos and twitch. I hope from now on you’re days get better. I’m a hypochondriac and have severe anxiety, people don’t understand the severity of it. Usually get laughed at over it because they think it’s a joke and not serious. “ just don’t worry about it “
“ you’re overthinking, just stop” ugh I hate getting told that. Anyway, hope you have a better couple days!

I had my last panic attack about three weeks ago and I was choking for 2 hours and cried incessantly, fucking breathing never helped me, I always wait for it to pass and hide from others. Fortunately, this is quite rare for me. I suffocate all my fears and thoughts until they explode by themselves, and then it's fucking bad

You definitely have panic attacks way worse than i do but i personally have been able to get rid of them completely in my life. I used to get them for about a year then got them to go away. Then i fell back into old habits and they came back. And then again i got them to go away.
Again, i dont know what its like to be you but i get the fear of seizures, the heart attack feeling, the powerlessness to the panic and feeling horrible because of it. The way i got rid of them was deciding im no longer allowed to have certain luxuries. Some of these may not apply to you but i completely did away with coffee/ energy drinks/ soda, alcohol, marijuana. I also started eating way better, working out 5x a week (cardio especially helps) , and meditating. As for helping with a panic attack when its happening, i found as i was getting them less and less that i could use a game on my phone to help me. I had a bowling game that would distract me just enough to focus on the game and not my body. Thats really all i have, but ill say this, ur an inspiration man. Youve been dealing with some rough shit and you keep on going so good for you. Never give up.

One thing that helped me a little was dealing with the 'fear of the fear'. I am diagnosed with several anxiety disorders (I am medicated now and it has been the only thing that has helped properly). an issue I had was always being afraid of having a panic attack, which in itself caused a lot of panic. I had to learn to not shy away from being scared of anxiety and learn to live in constant panic without ruminating on it (not at all easy and takes a lot of practice and combined methods). learning to be ok with it to some degree helps reduce the number of panic attacks b/c you aren't triggered by the fear of them itself.
bit rammbly but hope this helps in any way

I started to get panic attacks when my Latuda stopped working; I think it's possible in your case that you developed a tolerance to the current dosage of your Seroquel (hence the panic attacks, which is a common antipsychotic discontinuation symptom). The motor ticks your describing (the head jerking movements), could also be withdrawal emergent tardive dyskinesia... Which happens usually at the time of tolerance.
I would definitely talk to your doctor about this. I had developed tardive dyskinesia and panic attacks at the time my Latuda stopped working for me; also definitely get your vitamin B levels checked would help your overall health. Vitamin B12 is essential for brain function.

Try adding intentions to your breathings, for example,
breathe in how you want to feel (imagine and visualize yourself feeling okay)
Breathe out the fear and what you don't want (visualize the dense emotion going out transformed in air)
    this has helped me.

I had one really bad panic attack before and it's basically what you described. I had word triggers too like when I was having the panic attack I was trying to read on the internet to try and help what was going on but my brain would get stuck on words and I basically felt like I was going to die. Didn't help at all so I would definitely avoid reading. I feel asleep after awhile and woke up with the side of my face numb. One time when I was at work and having an anxiety attack my manger came up to me and asked me what was wrong and why I wasn't smiling today and I told him I was fine. He kept talking to me about what I need to do that day and surprisingly it helped me feel better. He distracted me from what I was thinking. Anxiety is hard to have. I'm glad I don't experience it as much anymore and I hope something I said helped you.

On the topic of panic disorders mine has somehow gotten worse for no apparent reason. I was supposed to see No Way Home with friends, but I couldn’t even get through the trailers and had to walk out. I walked around the mall for 2 and a half hours by myself while they watched that. And then the next day I had to leave my friends house because of it. I also almost passed out in our coffee shop bathroom before the movie that day because I was worried. It’s getting to the point where I’m stuck at home so it’ll stop and idk what to do at this point lol.

Yeah man panic attacks. I had one in the carpark of work for 3 hours the other day, and I took enough valium but I was stuck in a fucked state of feeling like I'm going to pass out while still panic attacking. Valium is all that helps me but it makes it harder to live without it.

Watch some videos on sleep psychology. I don't think you should keep laying in bed if you can't sleep. Get out of bed and find something relaxing/distracting to do until you start nodding off then go straight to bed and fall asleep instantly. If you still lay awake and can't sleep then get up again. Find something relaxing to do like reading or watching netflix in the evenings. I usually watch netflix until I start nodding off then go straight to bed/sleep.

I have panic attacks about 5 days a week. I'm prescribed Alprazolam to kill panic attack and it works. The Alprazolam is addictive and has bad side effects. The only thing that's ever helped me with a panic attack is working out very hard when I feel a panic attack coming on. If you can work out so hard you exhaust yourself when you feel like your going to have a panic attack it just may prevent it. Good luck.

I also get panicattacks like u describe where my head feel dizzy and I think im going to die. One thing Ive been doing lately is that I just ask myself, what am I afraid of exactly? That im going to die? If yes, I think, ok thats out of my control anyways, nothing I can do about it. If its something else like social anxiety attack I usally just run away hehe. Usually I get them when im outside tho so there will be ppl around and that helps cus I know they will prob call 911 if i pass out. And also focusing on breathing. Deep breaths

You don’t get “addicted” from prescribed use but it’s literally impossible not to become physically dependent on any benzo you take regularly. Which is fine. That’s not a problem, you just have to wean off of them.
