Dude I've been watching your videos since 2018 and you've helped me more than you could ever know. I was diagnosed with severe bipolar 1 disorder w/ psychotic features and I have struggled a lot since my symptoms first onset back in 2020. I have lots of hallucinations every day, I get delusions when I have a mood episode, my emotions day to day are very unstable, etc... It's really hard for me to function and be normal, so it has been hard for me to connect with others because of my illness. Your videos make me feel a lot less alone and that's worth so much to me. Thank you for doing these videos, it honestly saved me :)
You've helped me to feel less alone as someone who is caring for my mom (who has schizophrenia). I've been able to understand what she goes through better. I have social anxiety and I feel isolated from people a lot because it's easier to be alone than to have irrational anxiety dealing with others, but I feel lonely at the same time, so it helps me to see that someone else is going through something similar. Mental illness is terrible and I feel like I'm not living my life to the fullest as a result, but one good thing is that I've found some really empathetic people such as yourself who reach out to others. Thank you for your videos, you really make a difference and I hope you will always remember that.

You said it was impossible to make a video during a psychotic episode, is that because the idea of it would not come to your head since you're too busy dealing with hallucinations and stuff? Or would you feel paranoid about the camera?
Is there any animal shelter near you that you could volunteer at just being company for the animals, getting them out of their cages? It won't interfere with SSD payments.
for me its so hard to leave the house and make social relations and communicate with people i don't have illusions i just dont feel happy and can't go on with my life i living on my own my parents didn't understand that I'm ill and left me we don't have mental ill support here and I don't have someone to talk to i just wanna know if i can be treated and live a normal life i only have the negative symptoms of it

That is true. If you've had schizophrenia everyday you no longer have it is a success really.

Yeah the idea of making a video has never crossed my mind when having a psychotic episode.
