Great choice having her in the video. Knowing your audience and making such a compelling video is impressive.
It's a nice yacht, but a lot of unanswered questions about performance, sea keeping, accommodations, cold/frozen storage, etc. The website doesn't do much to help.

Loved the workshop/tool room, its my constant frustration on my boat never finding where something is or having things to hand, have to store everything all over the place.
Beautiful and super interesting boat.

How does one get on deck from the sugar scoop transom?
I'm sorry, but that was all waffle with zero real information. They don't even say if its for sale, it is purely alluded to. Biggest question, what's the price? Other things everyone wants to know from the get go, how many berth, what's the layout, what size are the amazing technical ECU engines (basically every engine built after about 1990 is an ecu controlled engine) what are the cruising speeds or top speed if needed. This video is just the owner saying its a wonderful well organised boat and a possible salesman saying it would appeal to certain people. Almost no required information is in this video

The video was done to gauge interest - hence the vague information and "tease" marketing. Nice boat - but not very level tactics IMHO.
$4 million for that?!?!?!? OUT of her mind!! 4 million for a boat that doesn't even have air con?!?!? Hell for 4 million I can have a brand new, tailored to my tastes Silent 60 and still have a million left in my pocket.................. Absolutely outrageous.
