- im a fleet mechanic in the uk. i like alot of tools from mac, snap on, wera, franklin, cp , us pro. if it gets the job done and is quality. my main preference is snap-on.
im not the best at filming so bare with me.
That's an impressive setup, looks like it's almost time for a bigger box!

Nice box from the states. I was a fleet mechanic for my local county fleet which I imagine is similar to yourself. It was enjoyable and not as stressful as a lot of other jobs.

Best uk based toolbox tour I've seen. Not a stich of icon or Pittsburgh anywhere😂. I wonder if you brits have an equivalent to our harbor freight stores with a cheaper assortment of tools. Awesome collection though, easy to tell your a pro by your setup
Thankyou very much for your comment mate. I apreciate that. We do have halfords that sell there own brand of tools and some laser. There is mac and snap on are the main tool trucks. One goes round the country selling us pro. Which tbf...as a cheaper alternative i have had no issue with there tools. Haha i dont get the luxary of icon its the real deal with the big price over here. 😅. Thankyou for your comment mate

Aye very nice collection, well laid out. Next time my bins aren't emptied I'll know why, its because you've had a split pin to pull out and you've spent half the day deciding which pliers to use 😅

Good collection M8. Those 4 way angle wrenches are the best, snap-on makes the best ones. They are pricy 😅. I'm surprised you didn't go for the facom 440xl, I'm assuming you wanted the full set. Sidchrome(Australia) has the full set, too. slightly cheaper than the MAC. I disagree on the snap ring pliers, I hated those. Prefer the Knipex with the spring, just as strong and have outward tips to hold the ring securely.

Thankyou for your comment. Its decent for the price , u can pick up alot of tools for not much money . Iv had no issues with any of there stuff yet. Their industrial range is more heavy duty .
Yeah US Pro are fine, in the UK they're plentiful on eBay and cheap, yet they do a fair bit of the more speciality stuff. Handy for a tool you know won't be seeing much use, or if you're starting out and need to build a collection on the cheap.
What a collection of tools.. i think that MAC tech 1000 is maxed out for weight capacity 😅 might be time for a upgrade.. great 👌 collection of tooling
Its definalty at capacity. Funny u say that snap on rock and roll express is coming next week and im wanting to trade in for a much bigger wider masters (krl) rollcab. Thankyou for the kind words and watching

Yeah, my good friend had a tech 1000 and has the Epic series 68 inches. Now, I've another friend that has a 84 inch Epic. It's massive. You might not move it around very easily

Impressive set up !! It seems to me that in the UK it is easy to find American tools such as Snap on, Mac or Matco, I would like to get something like that but in Italy these brands are not available .
Thanks for your kind words my freind! It is easy but its on tool trucks only which does come with the added premium. What brand do u use in italy?
@@jaymechanic1228 Usually Italian brands such as BETA, USAG, FASANO or MUNDIAL are used. But other brands are also widely used, in my workshop we are served by Wurth, Berner and Milwaukee .

i did not know snap on and mac and other american tools are in the uk--is britool still around i have a 1/2 chrome short 12 point-served me well for 40 years now

How does snap on importing work? Do you guys make them in the UK or are they American made?
We still have snap on trucks selling all usa made etc. Some things just take months to get here sometimes a year compared to you guys across the pond.
I traded my box last week for a snap on masters. 6-8 month wait for the box from usa

Those are automatic wire strippers.
Knipex precision are the best snap rings pliers on the market, snap-on set is garbage, Yes I own both. KTC make’s the best roto head long 3/8 ratchet period..
Friendly sugestion next time flex a bit and go through all ur sockets :)
