Love this wide variety of tools really clean and I’m gonna admit it I love Mac tools you got a beautiful collection there brotha wrench on! Hope your doing well.
Run chromolly pushers on my type 3 so don't need anything to adjust valves god I hated doing that. Tour was amazing thanks for letting the pervs peak in. Lol
The punch (pin or lineup) you referred to (16:37), who's is the manufacture and size? If you have the part number, that would be great. I could use a large pin punch of that size. Thanks for sharing and answering my question.
Liked the tour. As a Porsche tech it’s nice seeing so many similar tools. I used to work on Vw’s too. Well still do just not as my main job. Why no built in cabinets.. pretty much every German dealer has built in tool cabinets now. . That tool is used for toe adjustments on 993 Porsche.
I did Porsche at our store until 2012 when we sold the franchise. I don’t recall if I covered that in the video, I also added the Porsche wire pinout tools that come in the wooden box.
@@Old_Dirt ah damn yeah figures. Spotted them out of all your tools and need them in my life. Love the box but needs more stahlwille though. None of that Mac or snap on rubbish.
Thx for the tour. Watching from Ontario Canada
nice collection, this was also great to fall asleep to after a long day of work
When a toolbox is generally an afterthought, the Mac box shines and is more like a centrepiece of your shop. Good stuff.
I really like that color blue. Very nice toolboxes.
Love the setup love the variety great choice of toolboxes!!!
Thanks!

The power probe is great for testing motors, or load testing circuits, mine sits too, but it’s great when you need it.

3:05 in Europe we call them spline bits. Or triple square is fine but usually spline bits.
I like the MAC boxes, I really do. I decided on the ICON 73x25 for 3k though. love your setup man!
Super nice setup! Thank you for the tour.
It’s some type of alignment tool. Do you have a favorite porch you liked to work on?

Any updates in 2024?
impressive collection . Im jealous lol
Hows the shop?
So sweet ihave caple of some screw drivers 😁
I remember when someone told me the screwdriver end was the same size as the hose clamps my mind was blown into a million little pieces
How do you like the Macsimizer roll cart I’m looking at get one but haven’t seen any reviews on it really
I like it.
It is bigger than most so it may not be suited for someone working in a tight shop.
It’s big enough to be a starter toolbox for a new tech
Very cool
2 beautiful boxes full of great tools. Wish it was mine
Beautiful box and cart...I've your taste in tools.
Since I stayed to the end....you owe me lunch...lol
What size is the shank on the air hammer .401 or .498 ?
I don’t know. The bits I use are the standard size that used by most automotive techs
@@Old_Dirt .401 is the normal size
Love ur set up!
Dude you got my prybar
Where do you get those audi and Porsche pry tools from?
They used to give them out at the factory training centers.
@@Old_Dirt thank you for the response. I love those tools I will try hit one of my local audi or bmw shops and see if I can get some.
The haven’t passed them out in a while so the techs may be reluctant to given them up
@@Old_Dirt ah damn yeah figures. Spotted them out of all your tools and need them in my life. Love the box but needs more stahlwille though. None of that Mac or snap on rubbish.
💯💯💯
Oh what vehicles are using fiber optic?
Porsche and Audi have been using the MOST system since the ‘04 model year. I’m sure other brands have as well.
Plus some Lexus.
Not side cutters, diagonals, I worked for a electrician for a while
is that a mb-1998 tool box?
M8827
I don't know if you know this already but if you use your Mac Tools rbrt bitson bolts that arent stripped ywt they wont eger strip to begin with
This was a fun video. Do you own that new shop? Congrats!!
Did you buy a Dealership Shop 😁
I work in one 🙃
@@Old_Dirt nice I didn't know the Mac Tools cart had extra top storage. I have a Matco 40 inch roll cart.
I love how these expensive tool boxes have crap locks on all of em… its like having a gun safe with a crap lock.. whats the point
You get a chair... moving up in the world
If it's not been said in here already, it's pronounced "kuh-nip-ex". Just fyi
