Good ideas, thinking outside of the box like an exterior designer. I implement the "Big object small detail" thing as well. Using curved walls I mainly give a smooth surface but they run out quickly so im forced to use ramps.

i find that the one part of the island, where the base connects to the rocky area is a little narrow, sometimes players with DMRs will camp narrow areas making it impossible to get past. It all depends on your spawn locations.
@GameMythics I'm not sure what happened to the render process, all these video editing programs seem have problems. I have personally gone through 4 of them and each have their own unique problem/glitch. This one decided to not render HD... sigh.
@V1rtualFlod I have yet to see an issue arrise over this so far. In the second phase spartans spawn behind the sattelite buildings and arent able to immediately camp that choke point. Elites spawn in the caves by that choke point in phase 2 and can pretty easily beat back campers. Elites also have access to 2 ghosts, a revenant, and a wraith which will definetly help them out
@MrChaos117 The basic satellite is just three wall coner pieces put together to form a parabolic shape. Then you have an antenna small piece sticking out of the middle of the parabola.
@KennethMcCormik I usually have a general idea I want and kind of just forge as I go from that central idea. Sometimes though I do have a plan on paper before hand but that is pretty rare
nah they I already have two up front and one more in the back would be redundant and a little expensive. Unless you mean a human turret you can actually use. There will be 3 in the final version
@XxC0ldH3artxX I tend to make Invasion, Infection and Aesthetic maps so down the road we will probably do another forge tutorial series for making an infection map. Along the way we will have a long list of stand alone episodes showing you giuys how to build various things and giving you all some inspiration. Examples of what we will show you how to build: battleships, air vehicles, land vehicles, urban settings, beach resorts, outdoor details, military buildings, basic structures, etc...
@Supermario0727 I can actually try doing a covenant theme thing in the future. Currently I do have a tutorial for building a covenant dropship as part of a "building air vehicles" video which should be coming up soon

We have already tested this map once and it has undergone some minor revisions. We will continue to test this map is custom lobbies this coming week and the next. Once we feel it is ready, we will present the completed version to you all and have it up for download
@peterslay This is not an uncommon practice in map making. Often power weapons spawn in vulnerable locations and there is a tradeoff in going for them. think of rockets in ivory tower which is on the very low ground
@RivalMass ya, it defends on where the spawns are. But i will never build an invasion map using the cave, because its too narrow and i had one map where i built there and the defenders camped. I had to push everything back, took hours.
@XxC0ldH3artxX I have never tried to make a phantom but could experiment. If I come up with a nice covenant air vehicle at a relatively low cost that is easy to recreate I will host that in a tutorial video

@zadydema yeah no problem. I try and answer alot of questions and if people have alot of questions about one thing I will take that into account for mking my next videos. Also I have used feedback from you guys already in tweaking the map

@RivalMass Can you teach us how to make a phantom? I'm making a map where the Elites raid a UNSC ship, and they have to fight through the hangar, a hallway, the bridge, and back to the hangar where a Non- working phantom will be. I want it so that the Elite with the flag will have to climb onto the Phantom to win.
how do you get such smooth motions when you are moving an item down? because what happens to me is that whenever I press the down button (no matter how light I press) it jumps like half a foot down. is it something to do with forge controls? please respond I would like to make better forge maps :)
@bortherofdarkness No, 'cos the defenders' objective is to stop the attacker from completing their objective. The attackers can have as many objectives as you like, but any more than two begins to slow down gameplay in my experience, as it divides the team too much.
@clonemaster the way I know how to do it is to go to custom game then go down to game options and then do whatever you want to do when creating your game.

@Swiftglitcher28 the tunnels are used for mobility in cover but they were a bit too small to implement in a crucial design part of the map

your 'light' in the indoor sattalite structure should have been like a flashing red light, like an alarm, would've been a cool decor.

@TheAmericanDiablo its all in the timing. Sorry to say there is no voice activated forge glitch out there
I used Brace larges to build something and it helped a lot

@MrCommandomonkey just push in the thumbstick (I think right) and it will make all motions smoother

you know what they should make crear mode in halo like when you put the block that has roof ,walls and floor there is clear mode that its empty inside
now they need to put grunt squads or elites that you can spawn
