Anyone who's ever lived with/dealt with a narcissist feels this. There aren't a lot of things more dangerous than trying to leave a narcissist. I do applaud this guy for being self-aware, taking accountability for what he's done, and teaching people what to look for and how to avoid it. When victims of narcissist come forward, a lot of people don't believe us because what we've gone through is so extreme that it doesn't seem believable, but when a self-aware narcissist comes out and admits this is what they do, you can't victim blame anymore because they admit it themselves.

He actually tells stories of how he acted to let people know the dangers of being involved with narcissists and how to deal with and get away from them.

He put me through hell and then had the nerve to lose his shit after I told him I refused to take him back and found my current husband. Sounds like my ex… when we got back together he pulled into the Walgreens by my house and he started chuckling and he said “last time I was here, I ran out of gas!” I said when were you here? And he said “ONE of the times I was stalking you when we broke up”… I just stared at him. We aren’t together but I get strange calls on my work phone a lot. These men will kill you and in a fight once he looked me dead in my eyes and told me he was going to kill me. I blacked out and he said I wasn’t waking up for about a minute. I asked what was he planning to do if I didn’t wake up.. we had an acre in the backyard, he said he was going to bury me back there. I got lucky.. ladies don’t play! They are serious when they show you crazy! Don’t doubt it!
