    Thank you, Luke. I have osteosporosis in my hip and spine. I am trying to reverse this condition. I am eating 1/2 teaspoon ground organic egg shells in the morning and 1/2 teaspoon late afternoon. I am taking a powdered magnesium 250 mg three times a day. I am eating a couple tablespoons raisins with the morning and afternoon dosages. I have an excellent diet and intermittent fast daily about 18 hours. My question is do you have to eat all these beneficial nutrients at the SAME time TOGETHER to get the benefits to absorb the nutrients into your bones, tendons and ligaments. Is the timing of eating these foods important. YES, indeed I walk and do yoga and of course GARDENING. The only vitamin I take is D and only when I do not get optimal sunshine per day. Thank you for being so helpful in my LIFE'S JOURNEY. Namaste

    Walking is the best exercise. I do it everyday for 45 mins. That is the best time of my day .

    Hi luke, I love walking and yoga, I walk for 30min in the morning, these are my daily workouts with one day break. As you suggested I started body weight workouts which il do for 8min on alternate days and one day jump rope. Thanks for this vedio luke. Really really your vedios are very helpful.
