The first days you use a new (gaming) chair, everything seems amazing. What can be troublesome is what happens (a few) days after. Let us know if something unexpected comes up!
Sure will, Ive been using it in a couple of long sessions now, and so far the only thing I don’t like is how easy the armrests adjusts forward and backwards. I accedentially push them back often.
@@rubenmadrigal7655 after two-three weeks, sitting hours upon hours in this chair, I still love it. I have forgiven the armrests, just on how much you can adjust them. Sometimes i fear I will crack it when I pull the chair out. I have another chair I use for music production and everytime I come back to this Im like Aaah, baby. If you hadn't put the chair in the title I would think you would land on a Herman Miller - Cosm - High back, due to your requirements! I am currently on a chair finding mission also because my butt hurts. 😂 Much love from Sweden!

@@Evigno Tomorrow I will call a German company to see if they can order a chair for me which I will then travel down to Germany to get just because I found one I really want, but it's 1000 euro more in Sweden than it is in Germany since the only authorized retailer in Sweden is from Stockholm and take on some of the biggest clients.
Thank you for a good video where you really see the chair :) One year after now. How is the mesh now? are you still happy with it? Aprecciate your opinion since it is hard to find good ergo chairs in EU. And this is on sale now :)
Yea np I appreciate that :) Im happy with it, the mesh is still good, this chair is like it was a year ago, except for one thing, the armrests forward and backwards, way to easy to move. but that does'nt really bother me seeing i'm sitting still :D
@@Evigno just got it assembled at home. Its very good, better than expected😁 I dont know if they have made some changes to the arm rests. They move yes, but not as easily I have seen in some videos. Very happy with it.
Hi Rabo, I consulted the manual, looked for asus factories and unfortunatly I was unable to find a way to open the pads. I assume its the back and forth motion. There is probably a trick to open them that they use in their production. However I did find you the support page, they can send you new armrests or atleast give you some insight on how to open them without breaking them. Im sorry I couldn't be of more help: www.asus.com/support/service-center-location/
Thanks for the video! Any sag after almost a year? Is the seat still comfortable to you? I’m not a big fan of mesh seat, they can be very firm despite the mesh.
Np! I thought maybe I should make a one year later video, because i feel this chair deserved it, I havent noticed any sag yet. My previous chair made my tailbone hurt only after two hours, this one I can sit all day if I want.
just got this chair and its great, the only thing I'm curious about is seat, is it normal that it moves gently forward and backwards ? like a half of inch ? and it doesn't matter in which position its locked.
Really? On its own? There is a lever for the seat to move back and forth but I have had no issues like that. Maybe there is something wrong with the locking mechanism?
After almost a year, with atleast 1000+ hours, 2-3 a day. It's amazing that this chair has carried my fat ass all theese months. No sign of degradation. No comfort issues. No broken parts. and best of all, no fart smells he-he.
@Doctor0Who oh yea when I bought it I was abit heavier than now, about the same as you. But it rated for up to 330lbs (150kg) so you're good. I also considered the herman miller but I opted out since theres no headrest and it's more stuck in active sitting than laidback.
Hey, so what else is new right? I read that the manufacturing-cost of a Iphone 14 is around $10. Crazy, right? The chair is still the best i've had, and I'm still happy about it. That said, the armrests -back-and-forth- are way too easy to adjust. But that's it though, I've used this baby for countless hours now, and it's still like the day I got it. I saw that Razer also we're launching a ergo chair, companies are catching on.
I think its just big enough. Im the same height, and if i was taller the headrest would touch my back. Can also go without it though. But the seat wideness is one of the widest out there so that's no prob. If it fits me then you would have no prob
No, can’t say I have noticed anything.. maybe a faint fart smell, hehe.. Other than that, the mesh is as new. I probably have thousands of hours in it at this point so its safe to say it's a quality chair. But as I say to all comments, the top part of the armrests, are too easy to adjust back and forth. Other than that, muy bueno!
Hi, are you still using this chair? Are you still as satisfied as in the review? I'm considering buying this model, but I can't find any reviews of use after some time, and considering the warranty is only 12 months, I'm afraid there will be some problems.

The quality is nice, better than other meshes ive used. If you want to sit there naked you could. The seat is firm and distributes weight evenly, unlike my old chair I had pains in the "tailbone" after a couple of hours. This thing I have'nt felt any discomfort even after twelve hours. The only downside is how jiggly the upper part of the armrest are. Hope this helps.
I am 190cm, but my ass is so big it gives me additional height almost like a babyseat haha. no i mean, if i sit straight up sometimes i can feel the headrest touching the bottom of my neck-curve or whatever. But keep in mind that the headrest and acoustic panel is optional. I have the back at an slightly tilted angle and its a non-issue in reality. Hope this helps.
