Got the Palit 1650 super before watching this video (smaller size needed for my box). Really pleased with it. Copes with everything I throw at it. Mostly play No Man’s Sky. Now overclocked +160, +1400 and even more brilliant!
Fan noise is not bad at all either. Palit is obviously the best card of the three...

I picked up a EVGA version $175 usd after tax & shipping. Excellent card for 1080 high settings. On Destiny 2 I'm able to run it at 125% render resolution and still hold 60fps steady.

Been using a Galax card for 3 years now.....one of the best brand i would say...the temp is very good even after overclocking.

Gigabyte been the most reliable, tech yes said even the heavily ex miner gpu from gigabyte tend to have less problems than other cards they bought (or tested), the only drawback is.. the price.

@@badrachraf9025 Pretty decent. I run Doom Eternal on my gigabyte model at around 95% gpu usage and have set my max fan curve to 76% which is more quiet than the default setting and I get 70°C which is still far away from thermal throttling.
I am not paying 20 bucks for 1 extra fps

Yes it is, its a very big brand in europe. I havent found any bad reviews for gtx 1650s palit cards, other than some slight noise issues. Planning to buy one soon

Yep thats what I own a pny. It boosts to 2000mhz out of the box and hardly ever goes over 58c on load. Such and amazing card. It maxes everything out and for many games hits my 144hz refresh at 1080p.

@@ArlyBelgado even tho its only a single fan i dont have any temperature problem. The fan is actually strong especially at max setting but its kinda loud in my opinion. I did the heaven benchmark and my highest temperature is 66C. On Gta V and Apex legend my temp is around 55C.
PS. I live in a tropical country phillipines without any air conditioning so my temp is kinda high compared to others.

bought 2 x 1065 super cards from msi, and they take up more space than the dual slot suggested. I have an msi creator x299 4 x pcie slot motherboard, and using 2 of these graphics cards, I am unable to utilize more than 2 slots. i will be deciding whether or not to take off the stock cooler, replacing with a waterblock, or returning the cards for a replacement of the next gen up
The MSI Gaming X only supports HDMI and display port while my monitor only supports DVI-D and VGA, is there any way I can get this card to works with my monitor?

@@slvnabs Ventus runs hotter and louder and has a far worse cooler. The gaming x has beefy coolers so it's got good overclocking potential, way better than the Ventus.
Abraham Sullivan it doesn’t matter with this cool and quiet of a card . I’ve used the twin fan cheap Zotac 1650 super already in a couple 9010 optiplexs lately and they work great pretty much no need to buy a gtx 1060 6gb no more and what’s weird is they haven’t came down in price used yet the 1060 6gb isn’t worth $120 shipped no more anyone buying one higher than that is a idiot this card killed the 1060 6gb having the nvidia Turing nvenc encoder built into it , ive used three in builds lately the 1650 super and I can’t hear them ever running even when the fans are running there quiet there not like a Radeon or high end nvidia these things puff out butterfly’s man there cool running as shit and quiet as hell I wouldn’t pay more for s higher end one if I was I’d get a cheaper made 1660 super or ti ! Be better bang for your buck and those run quiet and cool to nvidia since pascal the 50 60 and 70 series are pretty much all cool and quiet and power sippers compared to days of old and all Radeon GPU’s

Why is the Palit card with the worst cooler of the three ahead of them all in almost every benchmark at stock AND when overclocked?
It can boost higher as the temp is lower as the fan speed is higher.
Because he didn't boost the core clock on the gaming x as high as possible. Hardware unboxed got it to 2025 MHz and got the memory to 14.5gb/s. The gaming x also runs cooler and quieter than the palit. Also the only reason palit beat the gaming x and zotac without overclocking is because the palit has a factory overclock on its StormX OC model.
Palit here give 3 years warranty while zotac and msi or others max 2 years only. So Palit all the way, No?

Yes totally, but gta 6? Rdr2 is horrible optimized so like gta 6 will most likely be as bad optimized as Rockstar always does it.

Basically almost same with fps, temp n usage depends on gaming. The difference is only design n size
Is the 1650 super worth to get new rather than a 2nd hand used rx 570 or rx 580? im sometimes a bit skeptical on the used market sometimes and also you dont know how the long or how much usage the gpu has been from the previos owner. I dont hate the used market, but sometimes you gotta be skeptical at what your getting.

Sorry I should have explained that a bit better. It was noisy at idle and load. The zotac was noisy during load but that’s to expected but the palit was just too much even in desktop.

@@serebbi yes but it'll be hot. So cool and loud or hot and quiet. Get the gaming x, and get super quite stable high potential overclocking for no change in sound. For £180 a high overclocked 1650 super is great. Obviously you can get a used card for more value but as a new card, a high overclocked 1650 super for £180 is the best deal. Also you can overclock the gaming x higher than shown in this video. Hardware unboxed got his memory to 14.5gb/s from 12 and got the core clock to 2025.

@@prod.itsmason overall yes. factory "OC" types come with higher boost clocks though. if the card you want fits your case and it's in your budget then get it. 1650S models aren't that big tbf. really expensive customs are not worth it since they come with prices equal or more to better cards like rx590 and gtx 1660.

I think the 1660S tbh. if it isn't a lot more expensive than the 1650S then go for it. It has more VRAM and the performance is way better i guess. Im not sure so you have to wait for other comments or go on reddit :)
gonna be useless if you'll get 75hz monitor. Invest on 144hz with 1650 super. Because if you go 1660 super with 75hz monitor, you wouldn't be able to enjoy the high fps due to bottleneck

Dark Lancer Every graphics card works in any motherboard now a days, only issue that could come up is the wattage of your power supply (1650S uses like no power, so if you had any other graphics card in there before or 400w + you will be good) and the size of the card, if you have some weird small case.

3IMAD depends on the rest of your build. Typically low wattage PSU’s like that only work with graphics cards that don’t require any external power, which the 1650 Super needs one 6pin power connector.
Can someone help me I have a 1650 msi version but when I play fortnite I play on everything on low apart from few distance whitch is on medium and texture on medium too and 100% 3d resolution and I get 100+ frams but when I go in a game I get 40-60 which lags but is it my 60hz monitor?

The msi one was the worst. This should show that twin fans and heat pipes don't mean everything. The Palit single fan one was constantly at the top, overclocked higher and lowest temp. Don't buy based on looks, that's just being dumb.
I personally own a pny branded 1650 super oc. It boosts up to 2000mhz core clock out of the box with no adjustments with Temps in the 50s. My ryzen cpu is hotter than my gpu. First time I've ever seen a gpu lower temp than cpu. Also it's quiet, but I have have 5 case fans so who knows. I don't ever hear them. The pny model has 1 fan like the Palit. It's been a great card.

the gtx 1650 super is still 128 bit, not 192 bit.
maybe palit is little bit powerfull than MSI, but i still prefer MSI for the design and twin fan.
Palit gpu is overclocked, while MSI is stock speed, MSI will perform much better once overclocked. Palit is trash, that gpu has the minimum cooling requirements and will burn out after time.

How long is the life of the super Zotac 1650?
Think it'll have the same lifespan as any other GPU. You'll probably switch it for a new one much before it starts to even think about breaking.
So you're more likely to rock with this baby for some years (I'd dare to say half a decade) and then when the time comes that GTA 6 launches and you can't run it on *1080p-Ultra-60fps,* its only then that you'll worry about the lifespan of the card.
Now it's worth like $600...

MSI gaming can be overclocked, while Palit gpu is already overclocked. So MSI wins because its running stock speeds in the video and can be overclocked after purchase.
