The thought of Bon and Brian having a beer together is awesome
Yeah, I thought that too. What a weird piece of symmetry.
Bon’s previous band was once the opening act for Brian’s previous band.
"She used a fast machine.. she kept her carpets clean
She had the best damn vacuum that I've ever seen"
This is what makes a band like AC/DC so amazing No Egos No Bullshit..They never cared for the typical Rock Star lifestyle..very humble down to earth guys.
do you know, that Angus has NEVER done drugs in his life? now watch him on stage and realize, that is ALL him
Brian's a really cool dude.
"Okay the initials ACDC" " I have said too much " 😂😂
Brian is the absolute perfect replacement for poor Bon's departure. I grew up with both versions of ACDC. One of the best Rock bands ever. 🤘
Doug not a replacement for Bon, but a singer with a different talent to the former. I listen to Bons recordings and love what he did. Of course the same with Brian. I don't compare them as they both stand alone in their singing and stage presence. My opinion!
Am I the only one that loves his rock voice even when he talks?
Back in Black definitely one of the all time great rock & roll albums.
Brian is standing right by Howard so he can see him and lip read. By this point, he had lost considerable amounts of his hearing. And watch when Robin speaks-he turns to watch her, too. As a hearing impaired person, I do the same myself.
Brian Johnson, what a bloody legend. I grew up in Australia in the 70s, ACDC with Bon were awesome, but hell, Brian also had a magical ride with the band and made his contribution unique.
Brian is truly a 100percent classy dude!!
I love listening to Brian tell stories. He really does seem like just a guy next door with whom you'd have a pint and have some great stories.
Brian seems like he'd be a great guy to have a beer with
What a genuine lad. I could sit around all day over a pint listening to his stories.
Love Brian he's so down to earth, genuine person.
This guy is a true character! Love him!
Those of you in your 30's still living with your parents... I feel you.
I'm not a person who's bothered much by celebs. But Brian Johnson is a guy I'd love to meet. 👍👍
I had no idea just how funny Brian is.
Hes a legend. I love Bon but damn he filled the shoes with his dedication! Ive always wanted to see them live!
What the world needs right now is an AC-DC biopic like Bohemian Rhapsody. I would watch the shit out of it.
If only more guys could be as awesome as Brian Johnson, wow! :-)
Great bloke, no crap, great voice and humour.
I could listen to Brian J do that German accent all day!
I got to see AC/DC in 1980, The Black In Black Tour. It was the best damn concert that I ever seen ! They played at the London Gardens in London Ontario Canada. I was 16. I still have my ticket stub.
Brian Johnson is something else, him talking about Malcolm was incredible. I got such a kick out of that because that was so much like how Malcolm was. they all became close friends very quickly. I always give Brian credit for doing the best job he could do. trying to replace Bon Scott knowing that the group was going to be different. but trying to keep the integrity of the group the same as much as possible. and it must have worked because they went on to be the AWESOME group that they still are today. it's still a shame the loss of Malcolm Young and Bon Scott they are missed.
He seems like a genuine dude.
Not long ago, I referred to him as "the new guy." My friends started laughing. New guy? It's been 40 years!
He calls himself a "fucking loser" for living at home in 30s...lol humble great guys - all of them.
Could be the best Rock'n Roll song I've ever heard. That's an understatement. What an interview!!!
What a guy Brian is. Could listen to his stories for hours
notice how he mentions Malcom a lot. Angus is the spot light player but Malcom was actually the leader of the band.
I could listen to Brian Johnson tell stories for days!
its almost impossible to replace a lead singer of an iconic rock band many have tried and failed brian johnson was one time it worked
I love everything about AC/DC
As a fellow Geordie, I've never heard someone pronounce it "Gordie" 😂.
Brian does an excellent “Mal” !!
What a friendly person Brian is.... 👌👍👍
Geordie played my grandads wedding and him and Brian Johnson were good friends
What a great 7 minutes. Seriously great interview.
Love, love, love hearing Brian´s stories. You shook me... is one of my favorites.
Back in College, I was working as a Room Service Server at the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix and AC/DC was staying with us while in town for their show. I had to bring an amenity up to Brian's room. Nobody answered the door after I knocked so I had to let myself in. As I'm getting near to the bed I looked down at the corner and one of his trademark caps was there on the bed. Gave me goosebumps. It seems weird maybe, but I thought it was the coolest thing at the time.
I need to hear Brian sing "Nutbush city limits".
I love the fact that Brian is a car guy / racer because AC/DC is some of the best music to drive fast to ever!!!
They wrote one of the GREATEST albums of all time............. in 6 WEEKS! UFR!
Inspirational. Never to late to sing. As long as you got a voice use it. Be yourself. Lets bring Rock n Roll Back
God bless Brian! He's the man!!
I remember watching ACDC back in the 80s in Jackson, Mississippi. They were great. I would have to rate them one of my top 3 bands. High powered music!
This is called being in the right place at the right time. 😀
Excellent story teller that man. Thanks for sharing so much mr Johnson!
6 weeks and created one of the greatest albums of all time.
'The best rock an roll song I've ever heard in me life'
Fair call... 😎👍
Geordie's 'House of the Rising Sun' was great.
Ya it was
Brian's vocal performance on that song is amazing
and can you do it
That it is. It completely blew me away when I came across it a few months ago.
Agreed 👌
If you listen to his Geordie stuff, he has fantastic harmonic range. He graveled it down for his new gig in 1980.
Geordie's rendition of the "House of the rising sun" is maybe one of the best versions ever done.
I was 13 when I started listening to ac dc and it was mind blowing.i liked bon Scott but I absolutely loved brian.im in my 50s now and dam im still in 💕💕
What a fantastic story , unreal , he just walks in a replaces Bon Scott the way he did is incredible
Man he seems like an amazing dude to have a few drinks and talk stuff with 🤟 legend
I love you Brian ...Since I was only 12 years old ...keep on singing men
Back in Black is the best hard rock album of all time.
What a legend
Whoever hit a thumbs down on that audition is ignorant!!!
I always wanted to hear that.
Love AC/DC! 🤘
Howard has a way of making people feel comfortable enough to give honest, true insights into their lives & events‼️👍 🇺🇸
Robert John "Mutt Lange Producer of 4 of Def Leppard's albums also produced 2 of AC/DC's albums and later married and produced Shania Twain!
Lange is a legend...an absolute studio perfectionist.
Ur absolutleycorrect! Shania couldnt believe his name was Mutt when they 1st met. 😃
@@markgabel6933 then she understood when he fooled around on her with the maid
Mutt produced 3 of AC/DC's albums
3 albums
Him and Angus are the only rock stars I've met with 0 ego. Scary how fuckin normal they are.
He does a great Aussie accent!
Legend!
I got goosebumps thinking about how they played Nutbush City Limits. Feeling the same magic I feel when I listen to Back In Black.
Love love this he do down to earth wow great to hear love him 🏴❤️
In 2011 I was at a bar in Gilbert az... Enjoying karaoke..a guy got up and did acdc songs...he was spot on the sounds and looked exactly like Brian....6 months later I see an interview where he talks about being in that bar in Gilbert az and sometimes he likes to show and sing his songs to see you peoples reactions...wtf...I wish I have known it was the real Brian I was witnessing...
Such a likeable bloke
wicked wicked story teller, just like the album back in black!
Brian Johnson is a 'kin treasure
I highly recommend Brian's 'Life on the Road' series of interviews with other rock legends (like himself) -- BRILLIANT!!!
What a voice
He is a class act.
Hometown hero.
What a down to earth Rock ⭐️ Star 🌟
That cap and shirt 👍 classic!
Just wow! How magical of a story was that?!
Brian johnson his voice is amazing greatest singer person
AWESOME dude, AWESOME singer, petrol head too boot. Long live AC/DC!!!! Brain Johnson from Zero to HERO!!!!
No worries mate, it sounds great!
Beautiful Geordie accent.
He is someone I would love to have a few pints with in a pub talking about anything.
Wish Howard Stern would shut up and let the guy talk.
Hilarious interview. Love it.
Love these stories!!!
Angus and the rest of the boys are very clever guys, make no mistake. They are model professionals. Thank you lads!
He seems like a chill guy.
His laugh was legendary.
This video is all about Brian and Howard, but the most important thing is ROBIN IS BEAUTIFUL!
I have said too much lmfao
Can’t believe Howard kept talking over him. Then trying to “translate”. “Loaded on one bottle of brown ale?” Gotcha!
Love this Bloke
All time Legend!
That was so good !!
Those were awesome stories!
Great raconteur. Every time he imitates Malcolm the world seems to make sense again.
