    #Whatafit #ResistanceBands #Review
    The Whatafit Resistance Bands are a simple addition you can use to improve your home workouts. Simply add them to your workout routine to spice things up, provide a new muscle-building stimulus, and build confidence.
    Remember, these are to help supplement my home workouts. I do not use them as the only item. I still own adjustable dumbbells, a pull-up and dip bar and a bench with other smaller items. All of them work together to enhance my workouts.
    I definitely recommend these if you don't already own a pair of resistance bands. I will be keeping the U-Powex as my go-to, but these are the exact same thing as long as you receive the same ones I did. I know these white-label products could be something you didn't ask for. However, both the U-Powex and Whatafit have shown to be excellent for my home workouts.
    Remember, be consistent, eat and recover for energy and always focus on improving. Be fit - game on!

    The Whatafit Resistance Bands have held up well so far. However, because they are the exact same as my U-Powex resistance bands I will be using those moving forward. You can see my review here: ua-cam.com/video/SIUjV56cW3I/v-deo.html

    • @dhands100

      If I understood you correctly, you went back to your U-Powex after testing these as they are the same. If so, you now have roughly a year on the U-Powex. If so, how have they held up?

    • @GamerBody
      @GamerBody  3 роки тому +2

      I actually use the Whatafit over these as they are cheaper and the same thing. Since I want people to save money I'd go with Whatafit.

    2:57 Wrong side of door. To be safe when using the anchor install on other side of door (and closer to the hinge) to avoid the risk of the door opening when using heavy resistance. Also less likely to get it jammed causing you to lose your security deposit.
    With my bodylastic bands I use the door anchor on the top and bottom of the door as well as the hinge side.

      @@alextiger8875 They're great, been using them for almost three weeks now. I've even "double banded" to create more weight, the anchor works fine, and if it matters I feel like they're safer to use than free weights, especially if you have an injury or weak side.

    Just turned 78 on January 1st. I’ve trained in some form consistently for over 50 years: Running, Bodyweight, Olympic Weights, Kettlebells, Lifeline Gym, and HIT ala Mentzer, Yates and other “Hitters”. My daughter gave me a What A Fit Gym two years ago for Christmas. 30-45 min with the WAF bands works me as good and maybe better than anything else I’ve used. The best part is that I can train at home and not have to take time driving to a gym. (I get plenty “socialization” as an entertainer, so I don’t need to hang out at a gym.😉 as well.). If you work these bands, they’ll work you and along with the right diet, you’ll be in the minority of those who are fit and heathy and who enjoy life as it’s meant to be lived. Thanks for the review!
    What A Fit bands are worth every penny you spend!
    🎶🎤😉👍

    Can you do a full video on triceps just with resistance bands

    • @GamerBody
      @GamerBody  3 роки тому +1

      I just do 1 triceps exercise per workout of my own and many involve compound lifts. Overhead triceps extensions, triceps pushdown are really the only ones I ever do with them. Not sure that is enough to warrant an entire video with them. Remember that you use them for overhead press, dips, pushups and other pushing exercises. They are secondary, but focus on those, then add in the isolation as needed.
