MY DAILY STRETCHING ROUTINE - Adaline Bebo

My most frequently requested video!!! This is how I stretch everyday before twirling practice to maximize flexibility and prevent injury! My routine can be easily adapted to your own comfort level and can be done anywhere!
Although this time of year is usually full of excitement for the twirling world to come together at our big international competitions, the baton community isn't letting COVID-19 quarantines stop us from rallying together in moral support of one another! #APARTBUTTOGETHER
