Perth has started direct to Rome, with Berlin considered and Johannesburg starting up shortly in place of SAA who are bankrupt. Perth becoming quite the local hub.
I watched quite a lot, fast and furious 9, both venom movies, i rewatched some marvel films and watched the latest James Bond film. Overall they had a great selection of movies.
Doing this flight in cattle class in 2 months , im not the best flyer ,any tips to kill the time? My solution sofar is downlading all of sienfield and taking valium
You definitely want to download your own entertainment especially if Qantas’s inflight entertainment doesn’t Appel to you. try to sleep when you can and ask the crew if you need anything they were very kind in my experience. You should probably bring some snacks just in case you get hungry in the middle of the flight. Also make sure to get up and stretch every couple of hours. Other then that just make sure to bring your device with some movies and games to keep you occupied.
I slept through 7 to 8 hours of it and when I wasn’t asleep I mainly just watched movies. It was a very long flight but the service from the crew was very good and the flight was pretty enjoyable overall.

Online it says there is a dress code for business class. I am curious, are they enforcing "business casual" for the flights?
On my flight I didn’t see anything like this and I wore casual clothes throughout it. So in my experience they didn’t enforce this rule.
