I loved in Cyprus as a child for several years many years ago. I remember the rain and how wonderful everything felt the next day. I absolutely loved the blanket lightening storms. I would sit for ages on a wall watching them with delight. Many thanks for this wonderful episode. Sending love from a cold wet England xx
Ivana, I would have so crashed that fish restaurant party too😉. Some of your beautiful stitch markers are waiting at my daughters house and I am excited to pick them up next week. My dream gift would be one of your woven wraps, but I bet I'm getting Jo Malone for Christmas!!! I'm just coming to the end of a nightshift and have been working on a Bankhead hat for my son , a replacement for the one he lost on the bus last week. Thankyou for sharing x
Hi Ivana. Beautiful episode! All of your makes are gorgeous! Your walk with nature was breathtakingly beautiful and the beach was so tranquil and serene. Lovely seeing Sunny, Leo and Jake. Thank you for spending time with me. Until next time my friend...many blessings. 💜🤗💜
Ivana that wrap is amazing. I'm knitting hat and mittens for knitathon. Love your podcasts and always waiting for new one. Thank you for shearing your life with us.❤
Ivana. your video just started & I stopped what I was doing. My mouth is hanging open. Might even be drool. 😮. Your shawl is stunning. So beautiful you are an artist ❤
Hello from Germany, the scarf is so beautiful 😍; I’m knitting socks . Thank you very much for your videos and vlogs ; I enjoy every episode. Happy knitting 🧶
I love your podcast; it’s always so interesting! I am watching the Knitathon while knitting on a Christmas stocking, an almost finished pair of socks and gnomes for fun.
I really look forward to your podcast. It was nice getting to know more about you today. In fact, you actually answered a few questions I had about you. Thanks. I'm working on the Arne and Carlos Christmas stocking knit a long. Each day, they give you a clue of six rounds. It ends on November 25th. Check it out.😂
That wrap is absolutely gorgeous and would be perfect for someone like me. I am 5 foot 11 mostly legs and long arms and I often have trouble finding things that suit my frame. Well done.
@@therepublicofme I am watching a YT video on Serbia from the channel “ Eli in Russia “. Beautiful country, nice people but scared by violence. What a coincidence because I just saw your video yesterday when you described your exit from Serbia.
I've watched your podcast before but I so enjoyed getting to know you better with this lovely podcast! Thank you for being part of this wonderful Knitathon!
Hi Ivana! Though I have not commented before, I always watch your podcasts and enjoy them! You are unique in how you make your videos, position of the camera, colors and music that I really like. I have some questions too for you: first of all can you recommend some yarn local to you from Cyprus? I don't know if Cyprus produces wool yarns but I guess they produce cotton? maybe a shop in Cyprus that carries that yarn and ships to the EU? also what are the shops you buy your cones? You have mentioned yarnfromitaly but is there another? I saw G yarns, that seem to have good prices, have you tried them? so many questions... thank you for your lovely videos!
Unfortunately, I have never seen any local yarn here.... I don't believe we produce any. As far as cones, I mainly get it from yarnsfromitaly.com but have also ordered from yarnoncone.co.uk (not often since they are UK based and I have to pay tax). ❤️
Thanks for showing us your ocean, I can almost smell it 😉 I am working on a ski mask for my grandson, in Drops Big Merino. My daughter says the Balaclava is not enough in her very windy area, he gets his little cheeks all cold and frosted. So I used the botttom part of the "Baby Bear Balaclava" by Pernille Larsen with the top part of the "January Ski Mask" by Agnese Iskrova, I hope to get a good fit. What a lovely woven wrap/blanket, what do you do with the leftover from the cut fringe, can you re-use that fiber ? Do you have fowers all year round on your Island ? You wear these great garter scarf like a queen, they look so so good on you.
What a nice feeling it is that you are making something that will keep your grandson warm. Yes, we have flowers all year round here, and in fact the island is greener during the winter. I just recorded a video (going live tomorrow) where I'm answering your question about the leftover fringe from woven fabrics. ❤️
Such beautiful work. Love how all the colors blend/contrast so beautifully.
thank you ❤️

I’m knitting on a whitmoor cardigan of Amy lowdon. But at this moment I’m chopping chicken for dinner.
The sound is struggling. 😕
