Thank you all for sharing your answers and as someone who had liposuction done; I still struggled with this and considered even more surgery as the years went on because I was trying to “fix” my imperfections. We have taken this to a whole new level of obsession. Every 5 to 10 years it's a new shape we are obsessed over. 10 years ago it was the lean skinny European looks that was trendy and women starved, sucked out fat, and cut all kinds of things to be skinny. now its thick full booty and boobs with tiny waist and we have gone back to fill up. We seem to be shape-shifting every 5 years. Who deals with that. I will be here watching, I refuse to be subjected to such agony by any kind of trend. Eat what you love in moderation, excercise and keep stress level down.
The thing is that social media doesn't represent the real life.. there are and will always be men loving the one or the other natural shape of a woman. Only the dusty / fetishizers will prefer the fake instagram look for real.
You're right. I remember about 20 years ago, there was a vogue article ratting on black women for having fat lips and that standard should be thin lips. That year and those following lots of black women did what was called lip tucks. Other articles railed black women for having big butts and hips. Guess what, black women started doing procedures to reduce butt size... Most of the hate on black women was just white folk being jealous they couldn't attain those looks naturally and set out to mess with black folk. 20 years later: the millennials come along and throw all political correctness out the window and set the average black woman as the beauty standard, skin and all. These days you see some of them using black makeup online... Japanese have started perming their hair afro with straw curls... These facts are verifiable online. I wish I could ask black women who got lip tucks what they feel when they see that white women are now getting lip fillers... Think about everything carefully! The plot is thickening. They want to be us, hair, skin, lips, hips, arse, arms, voice, confidence and all... Listen black girl, you're the desire of nations. Ultimately God loves us equally and if we stop looking at each other's bodies and look into God we'll eventually get it right.
All the chicks in the comment section like "I hear you BUT I still want to get work done" then a whole list of excuses for why...sis... Did y'all listen to what she said at all? Love your body for how it is..all the girls still saying that are really saying "you are right but I dont love myself and I never will so I am willing to risk it" It's just sad and pathetic.
Okay, leave people to do what they want it’s their lawful right. You can give your opinions 365 days a year and no one is obligated to take it in, that’s why it’s your opinion. Don’t even attempt to Shame any woman in this comments because a 12 minutes video didn’t change their perspective or insecurities.
I saw a post that side eat what you want, nobody is going to say "oh she had a flat stomach when you die" and I totally felt that, because as you look in the mirror you're always seeing something that you may want to change. I have big boobs and sometimes I have a hard time accepting it, but now I'm starting to embrace the fact that if I eat healthy and exercise I'll get to the weight I want which would reduce my boobs.
I’m 20. I’ve always envied some women’s body but recently, I am my own goal. The ideal body I can realistically get is in my head. I work out too. But I’ve never considers BBL. And I really admire you.
Personally, been a bad B, it’s all about your confidence. Not judging anyone but please don’t go and die because of a perfect body. I won’t get a bbl because you still gonna want to fix something on that body again. Queens you are beautiful and just stay healthy.
I have definitely thought of getting a bbl and still thinking but my workouts is paying off so I’d rather go with that, maintaining bbl is difficult as working out so why not workout rather than going through so much pain, risk and lots of money when you’re still going to have to maintain it..my two-coin🤞🏼
The funny thing is that it is now a norm …everyone wants to be perfect but no one can be perfect … 99.1 percent of women on social media are all carrying loads behind … well everyone should do what works for them .. at the end of the day beauty will fade , No one leaves this earth with perfection body 😃but trust me it’s all for the moment… Also most women do it for their fellow women not even men …it’s an ass competition era 🥲 Your hair is beautiful 😍
I don’t think I will ever get one!!! To be sincere, there are somethings I wish were better on me but who is perfect!!! Since last year, I started working on loving my self more and I am grateful to be doing good with that journey
These females need to be informed and educated and find and be REAL ROLE MODELS. These things come with maturity not age. Celebrities, social influencers, social media are a facade. Distracting gullible ppl from real issues😒 #StayWoke #SetYourAlarm
I love this❣...We are so hard on ourselves. Everyone has that something no matter how beautiful we all truly are there will always be something about us we don't like and some of us are our greatest critic so we buy in...I haven't heard anyone say after plastic surgery omg its perfect 👌 now I'm perfect...its just sad.
I always struggle with my hip dips and most importantly my big arm. I still do and I’m always considering having my body done. I guess I haven’t done it because I can’t afford it but also because at the back of my mind im thinking about the risk
Woa i hv loved ur arms and legs for days i used to wish i had them.I think social media worsened d situation cause I just came out of my own dysmorphia I stopped taking pictures of myself for like 2 years cos I thought my arms are thin I never hv good angles and all buh I discovered recently that no woman is ever satisfied with her body . Social media made it worse I found out ppl edit their complexion. I also found out recently a UA-camr was darker in reality the whole situation is just messed up. probably if we stop trying to fit into standards that are fake we would have better body positivity. I love you loads toni. thank u for being real
😙. I think it is mostly in the US and other parts (Idk just observation) in SA personally it's rear to find someone who has done a BBL and trust and believe there us a lot if curves in here
Toni I totally love your honesty and openness to this... And yass girl I stand with in every opinion you stated out here. And BBL is something I will blame the society for...there is this concept the society places on the feminine body and that's why I am not against people for it. But then reasons for doing it matter. Well thank you so much for bringing this out on the table❤️
I think I’ve come to realize. A knife will not solve self hate. You’ll just find something else you dislike. That’s how people get addicted to surgery. I say more work on the mental. Less focus on the superficial physical (unless it’s about being healthy)
Honestly, you bad as hell! I’m sure you probably hear that from others but let me be the one to tell you! This was a great video and your timing couldn’t have been any more perfect. Keep putting out mad content and may you continue to grow and glow IJN. ❤️
You just made me realize that I may have a little bit of BDD. I have never considered having surgery cause am afraid for my life but I am always looking for otherwise to get there. Eating heavily, working out, constantly weighing and measuring myself. I just need to find a way to actually love and accept myself. Thanks, Toni Sending love from Kenya
Girl you have said it all, you are your self beauty standard, self love is the best keep fit and keep your self in good condition, your hair is so beautiful, you are beautiful the way God created your makeup is bomb, keep that positive thinking dear ❤️👍🏾
Thank you toni for this video. Been struggling with body image. Been slim all my life. I always tired to eat so much food to add weight. But God is really teaching me how to love myself and my body. I have never considered doing bbl or any body enhancement before. I'm scared of surgeries 😩. I always pray to God to not even think of it. I love your hair by the way. You are very pretty. ❤
I enjoyed this video 💚💚 I always considered a bbl even though I do have a nice shape but I’ve always felt like my stomach area has been my main problem area. If I had the money in my younger days, I think there would of been a 30% chance that I would have gotten it . And that’s only because I always think about the dangers of it . None the less, I admire my shape and body and was never too pressed about bbl’s bc honestly I could work out and get the natural results that I desire . So to anyone considering a bbl , do your research and pray about it if anything ! And stop letting the “influencers” influence you ! You’re beautiful no matter what !!! 💚💚
People need to understand that trying to correct God permanently have serious consequences... I have small boobs people especially men have bullied me but girl! I don't give a damn coz am grateful of who I am... It all starts with self acceptance period...
I wouldn't get a bbl. I think it looks ridiculous and I have the means to do it, with it not being any skin off my teeth. Id do other types of surgeries though. Pdo brow lift and pdo mid lateral face lift. Id even consider a nose job. The nose job I debate frequently. I was gonna get it done when I was 19 but I decided not to. Im 22 now. Body wise, the body I want can only be achieved through the gym and I already basically have it. Just need to do more cardio to really define the abs. Emrata is my body goals and I model, so having the out of control booty is not on my radar. Plus its the most deadly surgery lol, so I don't know why anyone thinks its worth it. I think you look fine the way you are. Feeling strong is and healthy is better than having a big ass booty that can kill you in my opinion
Love the make and hair transformation 🔥. Body positivity comes from within, believing you are that b, regardless. And if one decides to tweak a thing or two it should come from a place of security and confidence cause it might still not be enough
Everything you said is 💯💯💯 true we all go through body image issues and it’s soooooooo hard to accept yourself, but girl your body looks soooooo good 😍😍😍😍
I’m not going to lie I’ve considered getting a BBL procedure done but I had to do some soul searching and also thanks to Botched on E, I came to realize that people can get addicted to “fixing” their bodies which often lead to them ruining their bodies. Now I just workout and I’m more confident then ever. Still struggle with loving my body on some days but it’s wayyy better than it used to be
I’ve definitely thought about getting a BBL. I know a few cousins and friends that have gotten their bodies done but I’ve noticed that the body that I would like to have is not ONLY attainable by surgery but being intentional about what I eat, drink, and working out consistently.
Definitely getting a bbl cos for some of us it’s been one hell of a ride. Worked out like crazy, done all sorts of diet but still, the tummy won’t go anywhere. I was very religious with my weight loss regimen the whole of the lockdown/pandemic. I was so thin but stilllllllll the belly was huge. I just want to be able to wear a damn dress and not look like spongebob. There’s this confidence you get in wearing a dress and it looks good on your body. I’ve had to stay away from form fitting dresses and sexy outfits cos the belly is a problem. I can’t go out and eat properly cos I be looking like a pregnant woman the moment I get up from the table (It’s embarrassing and you’re even still hungry ffs) p.s. I don’t even eat much. It’s the only way to jumpstart the perfect body for some of us. Some people already have good bodies but just want it to look perfect while some of us just want to be able to rock our “ashawo clothes” (I have so many I keep holding on to cos I’m hoping the tummy fat will loose me at a point 😩) but then! To each his own. I’ll just advise anyone looking to get their bodies done “don’t let the price be the reason you get a botched job.... inasmuch as we don’t get to tell people what to do with their money, please RESEARCH! Expensive doesn’t always mean good too but then there are loads of doctors willing to do it at really cheap rates it’s beginning to look scary. So again, do your RESEARCH”
real talk about bbl and I respect you for it. end of the day it's choice over anything but I agree with the fact that girls should not be doing any form of plastic surgery especially bbls for the wrong reasons gorgeous hair and makeup btw :)
Well I stay in a very small African country,I have never heard of this BBL,I however know of the news about women dying doing these surgeries. I also have a problem from when I was a young child, our doctors injected us medication through our butts, and most of us got bad scars from them,me being among them,at 21 I have learnt to leave the insecurities of by butt scars and dips caused by these injections and move on. Life is short and to meet real people in this world, you have to be yourself. Stay safe and love your bodies.
You couldn’t have said it better. It’s always our insecurities trying to take control. It’s so hard. My hip dips is now my biggest insecurity but i am still thinking if getting a bbl in the future is the best option or not. Thanks for sharing 🥰🥰
Thank you for talking about body image. I have money to do whatever surgery I like if I want to but I will never do any plastic surgery Cause its not worth it. I just workout and eat healthy.
It's important to remember that the female body is a trend unfortunately. Every decade different female body types are uplifted and placed as the standard. Radical self love is the way to go!
Ah! I'm here early ❤❤❤ toni. Also, honestly if I ever consider a surgery to enhance my body, it would be to take out fat around my stomach area. I have thought about it a lot and I will probably do it after having kids. My reason being that I have always had a smaller waist and flat tummy, and even a little bloating affects my confidence. So yes cosmetic surgery definitely will help in the future
The things is society is just horrible, when I look at the shade room and the comments about Coi Leary people tend to be so cruel and laugh at her for having a “boy body” which is just rude and such comments leave women wanting to change their body and when women with her body see those comments they tend to become insecure. People should understand skinny shaming is a thing and it’s horrible. In general people on the internet cyber bully out of projection on their own insecurities which is honestly sad
The main reason for shortage on doctors in the Canadian health care system is actually funding. There’s usually a cap of the amount of available doctors in order to provide the “free” healthcare. That’s why it can be a hassle. Friggin sucks and dangerous tbh but I understand to an extent
The only thing that is preventing me is that I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and most doctors are not willing to sit the procedure .. I don’t like the way my body is even with working out I didn’t have the body I want. I definitely will get it down like Liposuction
Chio as big as beautiful as your body that I admire she still feels it's not perfect. You're so beautiful Toni and thanks for spilling nothing but the truth about this whole damaging trend. It's the, if you're getting your body done for a guy it's not worth it. Love you. Thanks for the video.
Girlfriend I'm in my 20's just had a baby and girl I don't like my postpartum body honestly I'm a Christian also but if money wasn't an issue n me being scared pertaining to surgery I would've considered doing a bbl and lipo 360 but I'll exercise eat healthy and reduce my stress levels n get my results the right way with healthy side effects #straight
I might be wrong, but I feel like BBLs is mostly affecting women of colour and espcially black women. This trend started off with the Kardashians/Jenners who got the attention of many black men and now many of us coloured women are looking up to them. Meanwhile, black women have always been curvy but now our curvyness is being compared or even told it’s not enough. I don’t see the same pressure of beauty standards affecting white women the way it does to us. Black women are expected to be curvy almost perfect body wise and will be shamed if not so. While a white women can get away with any kind of look (skinny/slim/fat) and no one will complain. Her own men and men of other nationalities will still desire her. But a bm will dare to tell a bw her ass ain’t round enough.
I never considered getting BBL because I am scared of putting my life at risk, I already have a big butt but my tummy tho 🤦🏾♀️ I know I can fix it with a healthy diet
It is so amazing that this has eaten a lot into the system and it now the new normal, had a conversation with a friend and she talked about how her neighbor’s daughter who is 8years old doesn’t feel comfortable about she looks cause she is fat and doesn’t eat so she doesn’t grow fat and the girl even went ahead to say if there is a machine that can suck all her fat so she can be slim...... Which is so painful hearing a child say this so definitely she will obviously consider surgery in the nearest future... I WILL JUST SAY “”BE YOU AND DONT ALLOW THE SOCIETY SET THE STANDARD””
I’m going to take it a step further and state my unpopular opinion: I think even makeup has elements of body dysmorphia. It’s truly sad that a man can walk out of the house with nothing but clothes on. But us women, Chile, we don’t feel good about ourselves with the hair that grows out of our scalps, the skin we have (acne or not) and of course whatever body is trendy rn.
I have nieces that are 8 and 12 and even they say they cant wait to grow up and get their glow up body. Because of the people around them with bbl. Its so sad.
I considered having a nose job when I was younger but not any more. I don't think I will get any cosmetic surgery, it's too stressful and the cons are too much.
A BBL can be achieved through proper eating & working out routine including a weights. every BBL review I’ve watched they have talked about exercising & being forced to eat healthy after surgery due to fat increasing in OTHER places besides stomach due to lipo ( face, legs, chest ) it will not be just 1 surgery either ladies understand that. 💯
If money wasn’t a factor for me I would do anything to make my teeth look perfect coz I really have bad teeth (by bad I mean not straight) and I don’t feel comfortable smiling 💔
I was once in your position. But I got braces and now I am confident talking. You can get a dentist or orthodontist who can allow a payment plan and it pay it off bit by bit. It doesn’t have to be a chunk of money paid off in one go. Good luck to you sis 🤗
I’ve not considered a bbl (yet cos I’ve seen people say they haven’t considered it and change their minds after a while) but I struggle with body dysmorphia… last year to a few months ago I was working out excessively till I got to a weight that was unsustainable and now that I no longer workout I feel fat everytime
First time coming across u but i loved ur honestyyy. Yes maybe if i had money I wud have gotten a smaller waist and its only cuz as a teen I have always loved to see very flat indented waist on the sides tho my stomach is very flat still now I am 31 with a 24 inch waist but it just doesnt have that side indent I love to see so much. I love how u said women in their teens and 20s shud not be considering bbl. I totally agree cuz women usually blossom between the ages of 20 to 25. I wud only understand if a woman in her early 20s did it if they had kids cuz u kno the struggle be real for some women after giving birth.
We gotta speak on all of if. The straight hair lace wigs, nose jobs, bbl all of it. Why are people not buying Afro textured wigs? Why only Straight/wet and wavy?
I think most times we lie to ourselves that we ain’t doing it for male validation or for our insecurities. Deep down it’s for public acceptance n to fit the beauty standards we see in social media n around us.

Exactly
All the chicks in the comment section like "I hear you BUT I still want to get work done" then a whole list of excuses for why...sis...
Did y'all listen to what she said at all?
Love your body for how it is..all the girls still saying that are really saying "you are right but I dont love myself and I never will so I am willing to risk it"
It's just sad and pathetic.
Okay, leave people to do what they want it’s their lawful right. You can give your opinions 365 days a year and no one is obligated to take it in, that’s why it’s your opinion. Don’t even attempt to Shame any woman in this comments because a 12 minutes video didn’t change their perspective or insecurities.
it's not even about having a big butt anymore. it's "BBL" bodies that are preferred 🙃
But am not gonna die anytime soon
And one year later, she has done her body lol. Hope you are enjoying your new body babes 😊
This 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What did she have done

Bbl
I’m 20. I’ve always envied some women’s body but recently, I am my own goal. The ideal body I can realistically get is in my head. I work out too. But I’ve never considers BBL. And I really admire you.
I am my own beauty standard. Periodt!
Let's first stop bullying those who don't have surgery. Everyone is beautiful and they need to know that
true about 19yr olds; i was so insecure then but as at 24 i developed a fantastic body.
be patient into your grown years sis
This was so refreshing Toni
'I am my beauty standard' 😊
Lots of love from over here 💓
💞💞
The funny thing is that it is now a norm …everyone wants to be perfect but no one can be perfect … 99.1 percent of women on social media are all carrying loads behind … well everyone should do what works for them .. at the end of the day beauty will fade , No one leaves this earth with perfection body 😃but trust me it’s all for the moment…
Also most women do it for their fellow women not even men …it’s an ass competition era 🥲
Your hair is beautiful 😍
Self love and self acceptance is honestly a journey and a journey comes with ups and downs.
I really love this video.
💯💯💯
Love the wig!
Self love is EVERYTHING!
Definitely
“ In the last days , people will come lovers of self”
I love this❣...We are so hard on ourselves. Everyone has that something no matter how beautiful we all truly are there will always be something about us we don't like and some of us are our greatest critic so we buy in...I haven't heard anyone say after plastic surgery omg its perfect 👌 now I'm perfect...its just sad.
Its the ruger bounce instrumental playing in the background for me❤️💕
I always struggle with my hip dips and most importantly my big arm.
😙. I think it is mostly in the US and other parts (Idk just observation) in SA personally it's rear to find someone who has done a BBL and trust and believe there us a lot if curves in here
Yes that’s true
Same un EU. Thais not common at all
It’s not that common in most American states. I don’t know any women personally who get these surgeries
Omo in SA y’all are born with FREE BBL
That’s true, most SA women are curvy naturally.
Amen ! Thank you babe 💞💞💞
You just made me realize that I may have a little bit of BDD. I have never considered having surgery cause am afraid for my life but I am always looking for otherwise to get there. Eating heavily, working out, constantly weighing and measuring myself. I just need to find a way to actually love and accept myself.
Thanks, Toni
Sending love from Kenya
That’s why I deleted Instagram because I was about to take a loan for it
Whaa@aat, clever move though
Without a doubt! Only the real ones can understand this
I wouldn't get a bbl.
I think your nose is great
You are so beautiful. I think your nose is just fine is looks great on you.
Girl, where do you work?! That BBL isn’t skin off you? Put us on deadass 😅
Still struggle with loving my body on some days but it’s wayyy better than it used to be
BBL is the current beauty standard. But, current is the key word. I'm almost 40. Beauty standards have changed wildly over the years.
I’ve definitely thought about getting a BBL. I know a few cousins and friends that have gotten their bodies done but I’ve noticed that the body that I would like to have is not ONLY attainable by surgery but being intentional about what I eat, drink, and working out consistently.
Honestly, I made a decision to consider BBL after kids. I'm in my 20s and my body hasn't stopped growing.
Girl; get that BBL if you want! Only YOU knows what’s best for you and your self confidence 💞💞💞
real talk about bbl and I respect you for it. end of the day it's choice over anything but I agree with the fact that girls should not be doing any form of plastic surgery especially bbls for the wrong reasons
gorgeous hair and makeup btw :)
Loved this video. Thank you so much Toni. So many gems in this video!❤️
Your makeup is 🔥. I love the glowing skin 🥰
Thanks for sharing 🥰🥰
love this conversation
Radical self love 💕💯💯💯💯💯
Thank you for talking about body image. I have money to do whatever surgery I like if I want to but I will never do any plastic surgery Cause its not worth it. I just workout and eat healthy.
It's important to remember that the female body is a trend unfortunately. Every decade different female body types are uplifted and placed as the standard. Radical self love is the way to go!
If tony olaoye can be a bit insecure about her beautiful body(hips) who are am i to not to complain. Anyways selflove is the best y’all
🤩🤩OMG TONI!! ROAD to 50K 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊
notification gang. finally other video
love you Toni
The look is everything.. about the bbl I so love myself but yes I would do it an my belly got 2 kids which ruined my belly
Yes! Love this video👍🏾
Girlfriend I'm in my 20's just had a baby and girl I don't like my postpartum body honestly I'm a Christian also but if money wasn't an issue n me being scared pertaining to surgery I would've considered doing a bbl and lipo 360 but I'll exercise eat healthy and reduce my stress levels n get my results the right way with healthy side effects
#straight
Thank you very much for making this video. It was really helpful.
Exactly , u said it all
It is so amazing that this has eaten a lot into the system and it now the new normal, had a conversation with a friend and she talked about how her neighbor’s daughter who is 8years old doesn’t feel comfortable about she looks cause she is fat and doesn’t eat so she doesn’t grow fat and the girl even went ahead to say if there is a machine that can suck all her fat so she can be slim......
Which is so painful hearing a child say this so definitely she will obviously consider surgery in the nearest future...
I WILL JUST SAY “”BE YOU AND DONT ALLOW THE SOCIETY SET THE STANDARD””
love this video , thanks for speaking on this
Have you had BBL? From the thumbnail picture it looks like it.
Truth well said
Yasss queen ❤️❤️
Go ahead now with the look!!! 👀❤️❤️
Speaking sense... Beautiful 😍
Its so sad.
beautiful look!!!
very well said toni
Then she goes and gets a BBL .. what happened to self love ???
I considered having a nose job when I was younger but not any more. I don't think I will get any cosmetic surgery, it's too stressful and the cons are too much.
A BBL can be achieved through proper eating & working out routine including a weights. every BBL review I’ve watched they have talked about exercising & being forced to eat healthy after surgery due to fat increasing in OTHER places besides stomach due to lipo ( face, legs, chest ) it will not be just 1 surgery either ladies understand that. 💯
I never edit my pictures it is what it is 🤣
Same here, it is what is.......
Good luck to you sis 🤗
omg same!!
If ur in Nigeria, I have a good dentist that can help you, and you can as well, pay bit by bit, believe me.... You will love your self
@@amarasspace I’m in South Africa
@@amarasspace can you disclose the doctor details
It's always your eyebrows for me toni
I’ve not considered a bbl (yet cos I’ve seen people say they haven’t considered it and change their minds after a while) but I struggle with body dysmorphia… last year to a few months ago I was working out excessively till I got to a weight that was unsustainable and now that I no longer workout I feel fat everytime
Yeah over working your body to fit a certain weight/body standard is all a part of it. Just try to get balance with your fitness journey.
I like the honesty in this video other than doing liposuction, what other procedures have you had done?
Well said 👏🏾
the 18- 20 years olds … i be like bruh wtf your not grown yet
Hey! Well, welcome to my channel. I’m glad you like my content and you’re right. The struggle is real especially after Chile birth
@@ToniOlaoye thank u. I wasnt gonna subscribe cuz i have soo many already but u actually following ur viewers. Im impressed. Will subscribe now lol
We gotta speak on all of if. The straight hair lace wigs, nose jobs, bbl all of it. Why are people not buying Afro textured wigs? Why only Straight/wet and wavy?
Really True Though ❤️
You inspire me tonny,from Kenya🥰
The body positivity thing in itself is a sham mainly because the people who are the faces of this movement are themselves the beauty standard.
I think most times we lie to ourselves that we ain’t doing it for male validation or for our insecurities. Deep down it’s for public acceptance n to fit the beauty standards we see in social media n around us.
