the transition between manga panel into gunpla for accurate comparison is very nice touch
I love the lightning effects from the palms and weapons.
but they don't provide extra *handles* for the sword 🥲 if I want to display Anavata holding both electric sword + equip with claw shield at left arm I need to buy another set just for the weapons part add-on to my current Anavata 😅
@@myhonestopinion3334or you can cast with putty&oyumaru/scratch build the handle from pla plate. Why would you need to buy second kit?
If we’re not romanizing the Japanese pronunciation of non-Japanese words, then it absolutely is pronounced “Le-frith” btw
Those effect parts are cool esp. the beam saber one.
Bandai is sleeping on making a option set for expressive beam sabers, they should know it will sell like hotcakes.
I love how before GWitch, having shiny stickers underneath plastic parts was the peak of luxury in HG. Now it's a bit disappointing. That's how much these kits raised the bar.
yeah underneath stickers are the worst! making alot of confusion between which is the activate and deactivate version 😵💫 but then the rebuild ur thorn schwarzette calibarn jiu n anavata use the standard option stickers making it easier to finding the correct stickers of your choices 👍 really help alot 😆 less confusing than bootleg knockoff kit 😝
I love that he put the references into different sections of the kit, like for example the head is very close like to the gundam astaroth and astaroth origin with some kimaris to kimaris vidar style and a little moon, making the head mostly the ibo reference section of his previous works.
Can we just acknowledge for a moment that mecha's been really getting creative with the nail polish as well? Looks awesome mecha ^^

OH! I FIGURED IT OUT BTW!!“Lfrith” is Scottish Gaelic for “Against” or “To Oppose”, and is either pronounced “Ul-frith” or “El-frith” depending on the accent.
It is most definitely not “Ruburis” 😅 that would be the romanization of a Japanese pronunciation of a Gaelic word 😂

From what I've seen it means "peace" or "security." I prefer that as the starting point for the Aerial. It suggests that maybe things really would have turned out differently if Vanadis hadn't been attacked.
@@CJWproductions I’ve seen that too, but that requires a change of spelling to fit other languages, rather than the Gaelic, which is pretty one to one

I can't believe I actually accurately predicted the ranking, I'm so unreasonably happy with myself for that ! It's a nice looking little Gundam but the only thing that I don't much like about it are the heels and those seem to be a pretty important aspect of what makes this unit special lol.
I started to build this kit this morning and in hand it looks so cool only gripe I have is that I wish they didnt choose to do away with the premolded part on chest and make it just stickers. Maybe also make some of the blue parts a different shading of blue to have more color separation? That said, its a awesome kit and I'm glad I brought it.

Oh man this looks fantastic. Getting a bit of Iron Blooded Orphans vibes too. Definitely gonna need to put some more effort in to getting this, the Jiu, and the Lfrith to add to my collection.

if recall correctly the Astray Red Frame could also emit electricity from the palm of its hands because in Cosmic Era a Mobile Suit's handheld weapons have their power supplied by a connection plug on the palm of a MS's hands.
Yup. But the Astrays launch energy balls, while the Anavata launches energy bolts.
I like how each Vanadis chest "face" has a slightly different expression.

It's look like a Gundam Vidar but WFM ver.
The Japanese call it "ruburisu" because that's how they pronounce Lfrith. It's pronounced Le-Frith, not El-frith.

@@skellybonz5467 i feel silly to further engage with you on this but for the record, lfrith is ルブリス(hepburn: ruburisu), not roobris. It would be one thing if he was saying the word in japanese, but what he’s doing in principle is akin to pronouncing Gundam “gandamoo” just because that’s how he thinks japanese ppl pronounce it due to a lack of understanding of the language.
In short, in japanese is ruburisu, in english its pronounced phonetically (luh-vris). “roobris” is nothing.
Really wish for this kit to be regular release in the future

@@crizy5555 pbandai doesnt ship directly to germany so i need a middle man which makes it not only more expensive but also less reliable. im just nervous cause its my first time
can't help but notice that the pink Lfrith has its legs on the wrong sides, the left leg is supposed to be on the right and vice versa

Not gonna lie, I am kicking myself for not getting this one off P-Bandai. So I did the only logical thing and immediately pre-ordered a Destiny Impulse and the WfM weapon set. Here's to hoping they do a second run of this one the way they did with the demi garrison.
So sad I missed out on this one because I didn't hear about it when it went up for sale. I'll have to track one down on Ebay I suppose
That or wait for the second batch of pre-orders. That's what I'm going to do.

Initially, I had negative feelings about premium Bandai, but the more I pre-order from the website, the more I feel it's not an excuse to complain about not being able to get your hand on any of their product. I've missed many initial pre-orders because people over-hype the product. But every product I miss always has a second or third chance to pre-order. The price is reasonable, plus they have a flat rate of $10 shipping fee.
The main issue is that p-ban doesn't ship to a lot of places (even big countries like Canada) so the only way to get those kits is usually through 3rd parties at inflated prices.
problem is, europe (and the vast majority of the world) exists and doesnt have pbandai.
Since their so similar but different in all the right places you could call these two a male and female variant. I'm getting into gunpla myself now and your videos are really helpful and informative.

I feel like the information is harder than it should be to find out and I’m wondering if I could get some tips so that I can have a better chance of getting new models for a reasonable price. Has a really cool color scheme, very interesting weapon loadout, soild articulation and it comes with a simple stand for the effect parts. What could possible go wrong with this awesome kit?

So aside from the normal Lfirth, which is fantastic, we are stick with the Leopard clone and the chicken but the Jiu, now this and the extra weapons and effect parts for the guy mobile suits from the show, P Bandai exclusives. This is ridiculous and very annoying but at least this is still a soild model kit!
