One motorola is programed but other is not
. How I can programed other motorola . Should I conect progamed one on Mototrbo and with Read option download date
And connect other motorola and with write option upload date to new motorola ?

This cable is not for the DR3000 repeater. Only the DP3400, DP3600, DP4400, DP4600 & DP4800 radios.
