Planning The Perfect Tennis Practice Session
Here I give you some tips for planning the perfect practice session. In this example I use a 30 minute once a week practice, obviously playing for longer and more frequently is more effective, but sometimes it’s just not possible. In this session I show you my most effective drills which you can use in any session with a hitting partner.
