Those look great! I smoke using the Weber Kettle. My brother-in-law has gas… er… has a gas grill 🥴… and I promised him I’d do ribs with him; so here I am! The one thing you do differently, and I’ll take with me, is block the vents to force the air flow over the ribs. If you want smoke flavor, maybe try adding wood chips in an aluminum foil packet over your lit burner. I’ve also seen videos that suggest wrapping when the ribs hit an internal temp of 160°F. At that point, they cannot take on any more smoke flavor and they are just losing moisture. Regardless; your ribs look juicy and tender. Nice rack bud!
I purchased a pellet smoker by the company that’s in this video I switched from wrapping my ribs to these no wrap recipe ribs. It’s a little easier than my old wrap recipe with in my book and my guest opinions there better. I do them at 265 for four hours spritzing them with a spray bottle and seasoning them lightly each time you spritz. Gives them a nice bark. But there still nice and tender. Are used to do the gas grill thing until I bought a Grilla grill. Within the next year I’m going to buy the new Weber pellet Grill called a smoke fire. The pellet grill gives it a nice light smoky flavor which my family loves. You should check into a gorilla or a weber they’re kind of pricey but well worth it. I would love to see what you would do with your cooking abilities with the Weber smoke fire grill or Grilla grill. Your spare ribs looked really good!! I haven’t done spareribs in quite a while are usually do St.Louis cut. My nephews like the St. Louis cut because of the spareribs always have the big knuckles. They like them because they’re easier to eat. Lol ua-cam.com/video/sKQOUlkgGwc/v-deo.html
Damn I’m gonna save your vid. Just bought a new gas grill so gotta season it. Then I’m gonna try your way of doing ribs. I’m not gonna lie, this made me hungry lol Do you happen to know what temp (S) you set your grill at when cooking, do you alter the temp at different stages? Cheers dude 👍🏻
Good Job man! They look delicious.

Can you put time points for every step on grill. And total time the ribs stay on the grill
Yes, will do. I never thought of that honestly, but thank you for letting me know!
What are ur target temps?
He said 220 F
how did they taste? if you can remember
They tasted really good! Simple tasting bbq ribs but very good. Sometimes the simple things go a long way!
