Hello! As someone who has had to deal with rando glitter, a sticky lint roller or packing tape will be your BFF when picking it up. I then fold the sticky parts together so no art "germs" escape. Hope it helps. 💜
The bigger issue is why buy cheap nasty plastic toys with plastic wrap that kills our environment and sea life. This is no longer a crafting or art channel. Sorry but this used to be amazing. You used to not even use bad glitter because of those reasons but this garbage is ok ? Bring back your creative videos they see amazing. Ps hope you kitty is on the mend

Its STILL a crafty channel because she opens those craft kits from time to time, people also like to make dioramas with the mini brands and such, so you can't just say "this is no longer a craft channel" But it is HER channel and she buys these things so we, her viewers can see what is out there befofe we purchase for ourselves. If you didn't know all this plastic garbage was in the toy maybe you would have bought it. Maybe not. But seeing whats inside could help you make that decision. (Also by YOU I don't mean you specifically but rather anyone in general) Many people appreciate Jackie opening these items because (as she said early in her video) "Some of you grains get these things for your own little grains" meaning, she is well aware the adults are not necessarily buying these for themselves (though some DO) but its important to be inclusive for everyone. Jackie always makes it a point to mention the flaws of non biodegradable glitter and micro plastics. So please, do not belittle her on her own channel when she is infact educating others who may not know. Also, yelling at people "stop buying this crap" is in no way helpful. You need to understand some people don't know why plastics are an issue and that some people will continue to buy plastics for one reason or another because theybare inable to go 100% plastic free (yourself included if younare using a cellphone, computer, or laptop to make this comment)

I DO know that just like sand , if you want to get it off of your fingers , you could use some baby cornstarch powder and it will come right off of your fingers and anywhere else that you might have it !!!! You can probably use regular cornstarch to get it off of your fingers as well . Regular cornstarch also helps you to get motor oil off of your cat if it has gotten some of it on it's fur . All that you do is just put some of it on the place(s) that have oil on it and then you rub it into the area where the oil is and then you comb or brush it out of the fur and you just keep on doing the same thing until it is clean !!!!! It won't hurt the cat if it licks itself or anything like that . I hope that this helps you alot !!!!
I like the candy theme, but I really wish these dolls did what Nanana dolls did, where they added a symbol to the outside of the packaging so you could discreetly know which doll you were getting if you were searching for a specific one. Like if I only wanted the Peeps one, I could just look for that symbol rather than buying one and hoping it's right. The only reason companies even do the whole 'mystery' BS is to make more money off people buying doubles.
I have only ever bought mystery bag/boxes when buying those little keychain/bag charm or mini figures for anime characters. I quickly learned the only benefit of a chance double when opening some My hero academia vinyl figures when my Toshinori figure came broken with his head detached from his body and completely unrepairable, only for the next box to be another one intact. Outside of the very small chance of a broken toy with a double, which I think has happened one or twice with Jackie too, it can get quite annoying to buy these things, spend tons of money and get multiples that you can't do anything with unless you're someone like Moriah Elizabeth or Graveyard Loon who can just redesign them for content.

I think it's suuuper cheap of the company to put one shoe in compartment 5 and one in 6. It's like they ran out of surprises to give us so they were like "oh, I know! Let's split up the shoes into two surprises!" Lame! Nevertheless, great video! Totally made me laugh out loud! :)
I can say from experience yes it does mold inside.. I was playing with the dolls in my bathroom with my cousin, but when we fed it water and made it spit i saw black stuff gushing out of its mouth. My cousin didn’t know what it was and decided “Hmm i should taste it”- Thank god she didn’t get sick or anything

Yes! Like, when Jackie and Zika tried the blow pens! I never got those😅 closest I ever got was a straw and some very watered down watercolours, that my kindergarten teacher told us to blow across a piece of white paper or cardboard or sth, to make art. (My mum still has the small one I made and I think the big piece I did got broken when we moved)
That would be cool wxcept the problem is how to get the vintage toys. I had 200 My little Pony dolls and many play sets, and kept all those until I was in my mid 20s. I could tell you which things I loved and hated, but I don't have any anymore. However, I have my Ninja Turtles, some still in original packaging because my older brother kept stealing them from me. So I stopped playing and started collecting instead. I have never played with my Turtle Blimp or Technodrome, but they look so cool and fun!

LOL Dolls are so bittersweet for me. My niece adored them. She loves blind boxes and surprises and all the excitement that goes with them. But as an autistic person she also couldn't cope with the disappointment of a duplication. If she opened her doll and it was one she already had she would have full blown meltdown in the store. She just could comprehend why? It's bittersweet for me though because since my sister (nieces mum) passed away I would give anything, literally my soul, to be with her and my niece again having the LOL doll shopping day out.
As a parent of someone on the spectrum (ASD) I completely relate. I'm so very sorry for your loss, and honestly concerned WAAYYYY beyond my ability to do anything about it for your niece. I want to suggest something...some serious adult collectors carry scales with them and know all the weights of certain dolls for blind LOL dolls. It saves from all the dupes. They post on yt sometimes how much certain series weight, and they aren't the biggest channels. Consider buying them and returning unwanted ones before you give them to open?
as an autistic person i love colleticing things fidgets etc but with blind boxes I m the same way if i get i duplicate i meltdown i cry i throw it then later i pick it back up still upset but keep it
I love these new lol sweet dolls, I got one for 6$ at Walmart for my sister's birthday and surprisingly, when she opened it, it was her favorite candy. Mike and Ike's. Watching this made me remember her reaction and that amazing memory with her. Thanks Jackie 💜

It's usually different fruit flavors, but there are different themed lines of Mike and Ike's other than the traditional, like Tropical or Sour.

The US has Toys R Us again. The company itself changed it’s name and reopened a new kind of store in a few locations mostly inside of malls about a year before the pandemic started. They’ve expanded now to include mini stores inside of Macy’s like how JC Penny and certain Targets have a mini Disney Store.
Jackie, the shirts go on a lot easier if you put both the arms to the front, squeeze them inwards, and put both the sleeves on at once. I'm 25 and still obsessed with lols 😅
They had a similar line (the candy brand theme) available at Costco for around $40 for a box of 4. They came in paper balls instead of plastic, and I was impressed with the fact that I could recycle the packaging.
My younger sister is OBSESSED with these expensive little dolls I mean there cute but I don’t understand baby’s wearing crop tops lol but the packaging for these is so cute and you can tell the owners definitely put time and detail into each design and I love when you said lint chocolate as your favorite candy they are literally a delicacy and delicious!!

I like that these dolls have my figure type 🤣 In the UK we get rolls of the sweetheart candies. They're sweet but fizzy and a little bit sour. I guess you could seal in the glitter with clear nail varnish ... An extra activity 🤣🤣

I love these so much!!!! I went out to buy these they're so cute!! Defnitely WAY too pricey, but it was worth it for actual branding. Edit: The doors are because it's supposed to be a vending machine. You can open it or push it in to have it fall out the bottom.
I was so obsessed with LOL dolls when I was 7! I thought they were so cute, I grew out of them when I moved away from my bestie, who I played with them, with when I was about 9! I live in New Zealand but have a full English family, so i'm very familiar with some of these, like sweethearts but not with others, like jolly ranchers because we don't have them in NZ, and I've lived there my whole life! @@nerdecrafter just a warning Jackie these are known for becoming moldy inside. Like any type of plastic toy when moisture is left inside and they are in a heated environment it becomes moldy. My daughter purchased one for her little girl and use the water feature and heard about this took it and cut it open and indeed it was filled with black mold. People choose to ignore this fact. You will find serious collectors no longer use the water feature.

Hi salt shaker Fam! Firstly I love love love you all!!! This isn't meant to be a rant I promise! Even when glitter is sealed in, it may not be going down the drain today, but it is still a micro plastic and when the sealant degrades we've got the same problem. I don't want to be a monster but if you are buying anything non-mystery-baggy and there is a non-glitter option, choose it instead! (Yes, this hurts my love of everything shiny little grain heart)
I must say at $25 I would be very nervous too. Only $15 here in the US. That said the sticker is before the second plastic layer is pulled off making doubles that have not been completely opened easily marketable. So many of us paid a little more to ensure we got the ones we wanted. I did this with all the ones that I wanted to avoid doubles. I personally don’t get a lot out of lol and omg dolls, but this candy line I adored and got many pieces out of it and the ball shaped ones for the candies I wanted. I mixed them about in my doll displays, popmarts, and other similar toys. The bags are just so cute. Peeps are messy to eat as they look just like that, but glitter should be sealed 🤬xx

I Love lol dollzz.... To each their own. MGM is a brand I Love. They are like tiny bratz. The size and the prizes are so cute ! And you can dress them. There are Many themes as well. Just opening them is twice the fun. I think they are worth the money. Sometimes depending on where you go. You can get them for a good price. It's like pokemon for me. Gotta catch em All.. You can trade duplicates with friends if they love them too.

Wow $25! (£15 UK) our ones are different set of dolls but same size etc. They come in a cardboard ball and paper wraps the doll etc. really happy as easily recycled. Ours cost £9.99 from Smyths Toys. My daughter loves this series. Thanks again for the great content, love to you and Rameses xxx

Lint rollers are good at getting glitter off stuff. We have a complicated relationship I like cuz it looks good and hate it cuz it gets everywhere. I feel the same about slime. Slime can be satisfying to play with but you gotta be careful what surface you play with it on. I have a niece(April)that loves this stuff and now her younger sister(Allie) loves them too. April is growing out of the whole playing with toys altogether unless they are fidget toys.

I want to suggest something...some serious adult collectors carry scales with them and know all the weights of certain dolls for blind LOL dolls. It saves from all the dupes. They post on yt sometimes how much certain series weight, and they aren't the biggest channels. Consider buying them and returning unwanted ones before you give them to open?

I love these new lol sweet dolls, I got one for 6$ at Walmart for my sister's birthday and surprisingly, when she opened it, it was her favorite candy. Mike and Ike's. Watching this made me remember her reaction and that amazing memory with her. Thanks Jackie 💜

@@nicanonymus2491 Mike and Ike's are a kind of soft gummy candy in a chewy candy coating. I'd say the gummy texture is about like Swedish Fish if you get those - and the taste is variable! It's usually different fruit flavors, but there are different themed lines of Mike and Ike's other than the traditional, like Tropical or Sour.

Hi, Jackie! I so happy you got no duplicates and even happier that you got the PEZ one. I have a collection of PEZ that has over 2000 pieces in it and have been collecting since I was 5. I want to add the PEZ LOL doll to my collection but hate how expensive they are.
The US has Toys R Us again. The company itself changed it’s name and reopened a new kind of store in a few locations mostly inside of malls about a year before the pandemic started. They’ve expanded now to include mini stores inside of Macy’s like how JC Penny and certain Targets have a mini Disney Store.
You can clean up glitter from most surfaces using any kind of tape. Dollar tree packing tape works great, and no glitter down the drain.
Jackie, the shirts go on a lot easier if you put both the arms to the front, squeeze them inwards, and put both the sleeves on at once. I'm 25 and still obsessed with lols 😅

Lindor balls - yum!! Hershey's chocolate is a regular around here. Lindor's are a special treat!! But all the chocolate!! 🍫
They had a similar line (the candy brand theme) available at Costco for around $40 for a box of 4. They came in paper balls instead of plastic, and I was impressed with the fact that I could recycle the packaging.
My younger sister is OBSESSED with these expensive little dolls I mean there cute but I don’t understand baby’s wearing crop tops lol but the packaging for these is so cute and you can tell the owners definitely put time and detail into each design and I love when you said lint chocolate as your favorite candy they are literally a delicacy and delicious!!

Hahaha, Jackie shares my opinion on the glitter of lol surprise,😂 I used spray mod poge sealer to try and keep the glitter on the doll. Reminded me of sugered foods except glitter does not leave. Thank you Jackie, great video, got a duplicate due to buying one in store and another from amazon. Love the watermelon jolly rancher doll.

I was so obsessed with LOL dolls when I was 7! I thought they were so cute, I grew out of them when I moved away from my bestie, who I played with them, with when I was about 9! I live in New Zealand but have a full English family, so i'm very familiar with some of these, like sweethearts but not with others, like jolly ranchers because we don't have them in NZ, and I've lived there my whole life! @@nerdecrafter just a warning Jackie these are known for becoming moldy inside. Like any type of plastic toy when moisture is left inside and they are in a heated environment it becomes moldy. My daughter purchased one for her little girl and use the water feature and heard about this took it and cut it open and indeed it was filled with black mold. People choose to ignore this fact. You will find serious collectors no longer use the water feature.

Even when glitter is sealed in, it may not be going down the drain today, but it is still a micro plastic and when the sealant degrades we've got the same problem. I don't want to be a monster but if you are buying anything non-mystery-baggy and there is a non-glitter option, choose it instead!

I must say at $25 I would be very nervous too. Only $15 here in the US. That said the sticker is before the second plastic layer is pulled off making doubles that have not been completely opened easily marketable. So many of us paid a little more to ensure we got the ones we wanted. I did this with all the ones that I wanted to avoid doubles. I personally don’t get a lot out of lol and omg dolls, but this candy line I adored and got many pieces out of it and the ball shaped ones for the candies I wanted. I mixed them about in my doll displays, popmarts, and other similar toys. The bags are just so cute. Peeps are messy to eat as they look just like that, but glitter should be sealed 🤬xx

I Love lol dollzz.... To each their own. MGM is a brand I Love. They are like tiny bratz. The size and the prizes are so cute ! And you can dress them. There are Many themes as well. Just opening them is twice the fun.

Wow $25! (£15 UK) our ones are different set of dolls but same size etc. They come in a cardboard ball and paper wraps the doll etc. really happy as easily recycled. Ours cost £9.99 from Smyths Toys. My daughter loves this series. Thanks again for the great content, love to you and Rameses xxx

Lint rollers are good at getting glitter off stuff. We have a complicated relationship I like cuz it looks good and hate it cuz it gets everywhere. I feel the same about slime. Slime can be satisfying to play with but you gotta be careful what surface you play with it on. I have a niece(April)that loves this stuff and now her younger sister(Allie) loves them too. April is growing out of the whole playing with toys altogether unless they are fidget toys.
