As a born kiwi, your account of the various points is quite accurate. One thing though ... use of mobile phones or other electronic distractions while driving is HIGHLY discouraged, and can be fined. Probably something you could have touched in your safety point. But otherwise - a really informative video for your visiting, or migrating countrymen. Oops another point (minor) "Kia ora" has many different uses and meanings depending on the context of the situation, and the inference. Kia ora (depending on how it's said and when) can also mean - good health, thank you, cheers (raising or clinking of glasses), ok, understood, gotcha, even acceptance when being told off ... Metal. It's what the Greeks called anything that came out of the ground, so metal ore but also rocks are 'metal'. Why it's still used I've no idea, but that the origins of it, according to Stephen Fry and if he says so it must be true
Thanks for watching. Agreed, NZ is expensive. South Africans are leaving to many different countries across the globe, due to the high crime, murder and corruption rate. South Africa is in total collapse, not offering any hope to raise a Family, not to mention getting employment. South Africa also has power outages several times a day. Basic services like water sewage and refuse removal is collapsing. New Zealand is one choice of several countries. (like Australia, UK, Canada, USA, ...) New Zealand is a personal choice.
