I think of all the concealers I own, this one is the least drying on me. In fact it feels very smooth and doesn't irritate my eyes. It does crease a little bit though but my eyes are much crepier than yours are. This looked very nice on you. :)
PLEASE Let us know if you do find the concealer that irons out wrinkles! Lol. I just ordered the Becca Anti Fatigue undereye primer. Can't wait to try it out. Thanks😉
I always get makeup in my brows! I can never do them first, always have to do them AFTER foundation & concealer. Thanks for your videos. I seem to have the same skin type as you so I'm finding a lot of great products (& some to stay away from) from you! I really appreciate it.
My fav drugstore concealer! It's so good. Also tried their prep set n glow powder also very good! Fav concealer at the moment is the Armani luminous silk concealer it's so stinking good!
Thanks so much for this vid. This wouldn't work for me since my under eye purple is more prominent than your lovely ones. But it's good to see how it worked on you. 😊 💛
I'm loving your Pikachu plushy in the background 😍 💕 pika pika ,I just bought MILANI conceal +perfect 2 in 1 foundation in the shade porcelain 00A i love it 😀
Shelly this is one of my favorite concealers. I’m almost done with my milk makeup one now and this is next in line. I have to check on the fine lines I usually don’t notice them. Yes it is not drying I appreciate that so much.
Hi could you do a video about the best undereye primers in different budgets? That would be really helpful. Both primers mentioned are high end so some affordable options would be great. Many thanks and best wishes.
Hi Loraine & Lisa! The only drugstore under eye primer I've had any luck with is the Elf one, and it's a little bit too drying for me to use it on a daily basis. That seems to be the case with most of them for me. I do have pretty good luck with the CoverGirl TruBlend Base Business face primers taking them up under my eyes - I do that with the Skin Smoothing one and the Hydrating one.
Thank you for the review. I tried the Milani Conceal and perfect foundation and it made me break out in large cystic acne 😩 I may try their concealer on just on my under eyes since I struggle with settling into fine lines.
I seriously need to try this one! I'm 42 and starting to really have to change the way I wear my makeup. My biggest problem is my whole undereye area .....dark circles, dry, crepey, wrinkles easy from the dryness.....ughhh! Its awful! Most of the heavy duty concealers that actually cover the circles and stay all day, also accentuate the dryness and make my eyes look soo crepey, like the Sahara Desert! Thanks dor a great reviee as always Shelley!!
Yep I find that often too - if it has enough coverage, it's too drying. I've found a couple good ones lately - this one, and on the more expensive end next week I've got the new Pat McGrath concealer review posting (spoiler alert, I really liked it!)
Have you tried the Wet 'n Wild concealer? I'm a wee bit older with more zombie apocalypse coloring under my eye's, so I typically use 2 concealers sometimes a corrector. I have the Milani, Flower, Tarte, Revlon, Maybelline &NARS. I NEED to search your channel for concealer reviews 😘.
😂zombie apocalypse 😂I don't think I've tried the WnW! Here's the master concealer list since I started keeping track of them :) geekoutofwater.com/concealer-fest/
Shelly, the concealer looks fantastic. It brightens your eyes, and has such a smooth look. By the way, you haven't got any under eye lines, with or without concealer. Your skin looks amazing! ❤
I think you should try out the no 7 triple lift and luminate concealer. I’ve really been loving it. I’d say it’s probably my most hydrating concealer. I think it’s a serum concealer but with two thing layers I get pretty good coverage.
Geek Out of Water I’ve started using the no 7 line correcting serum since you’ve started talking about it. I haven’t noticed results yet but I haven’t been using it very long. I like a lot of no 7 products too. I want to try the new foundation that tarazbabys keeps talking about.
I just love ur humor. So after watching tons of ur videos I finally caved and ordered the Nd highlighter. It looks beautiful on u. Hopefully I can get similar results. ❤
I use that highlighter nearly every day and I still am not even close to hitting pan on the first one I bought (at least a year ago!) I feel like it'll go bad before I ever run out of it! =D
"Anyone else get concealer in your eyebrows?" I can't say I have that problem, but I had to switch to Urban Decay Primer Potion instead of the Mac Paint Pot because no matter what I did, I ended up with Paint Pot halfway down my cheeks. The makeup has a mind of its own, clearly.
Hi Shelley, can you please review the new By Terry Hyaluronic Foundation. I love love love Terrybly (thanks to you🥴), but you know how $$$ that one goes. Thanks. Have a great weekend❗️👍🏻
Shelly, if you find that concealer that irons wrinkles, please let me know so I can buy stock in the company!!!! I am a few years older than you are and very dry so I appreciate your channel SO much and am so glad I found you (oddly enough by searching dry skin concealers)! I will give this one a try while we wait for our miracle plastic surgery with no surgery smoothing concealer to be invented 😂
I’ve been eyeing this sucker up for awhile I have super dry n sensitive under eyes and I’m sick of buying concealer just to toss it cuz it’s too drying on my skin
Thanks Shelly, I just got today the L'oreal one on your recommendation. I have dry under eyes, too. I think I'm the only one who doesn't care for Charlotte Tilbury concealer. It looks so dry and crepey after a hour of wear.. love your videos.
Shelly I tried the L’Oreal foundation you love and I like it too in the same shade BUT it’s slightly too dark and not pink enough :( i have such a hard time finding light pink foundations 😕 Companies need to understand that not everyone is yellow/neutral! I’m 100% Asian and neutral colors is even too yellow for me 🤷♀️
Hiya Shelly! Another top notch review. Thank you so much! I trust you implicitly and love waving to you and your kitties! Loved your eye look today ma’am. I do have a question if you could possibly help. I wear an eyeshadow primer under my shadow. The color fades a few hours in and any shimmer on my lid is gone. I wear glasses so I’m not rubbing my eyes. Perhaps it’s the Milani primer. Any suggestions? I don’t use concealer there as I have super dry lids. Have a wonderful day to you and everyone watching. 🐈🐾🐾
Hey Jan!! I was having the same issues with regular creamy shadow primers. When I started using the MAC Paint Pot, I switched permanently because it stays put and doesn't move around, and holds on to my shadows. Now - Maybelline just came out with what looks to be a dupe style of shadow pot, and I picked one up to try. The shade isn't quite as light as my beloved MAC Paint Pot but it's close, and if it ends up going well I'll let you guys know for sure! I have yet to find a drugstore priced replacement that works as well as the MAC.
Thanks for the info Shelly! I’ll definitely try the MAC Paint Pot and will be looking forward to hear about the maybelline dupe. I appreciate your time! Keep well! 🐈🐾🐾
The 'vast purpleness' has, thankfully, not affected me. I use minimal, if any, concealer. Will you let me know how you like the rich moisturizer from Curology? I currently receive the bottle only. The cleanser is just a cleanser imo, and the moisturizer wasn't enough for me either. Can't wait to see what you think. ❤
I just got my new Curology box and I've worn the new moisturizer 2 nights now. It's definitely the opposite end of the spectrum from the original lighter moisturizer - it's a creamy, thick texture that feels lovely at night and so far does seem to be plenty moisturizing. I suspect it wouldn't wear well under makeup in the daytime (I haven't tried it yet) and I want to see how it handles the new stronger tretinoin (so far, no new flaking) but my first impressions are good! I also want to dig in and look at the ingredients and compare it to others I like. They generally tend to have a pretty clean ingredient deck so I want to confirm that with this new moisturizer.
I haven't done a formal review of it but I could've sworn I tried it and did not have good luck with it. But I can't find it on my channel so maybe I didn't!!
Do u feel that an undereye primer works ? I tried one before but it just dried me out more 😕 And question, do u put it on after eye cream as the last step? It’s a mystery for me , and seems unnecessary. Thoughts?
I've had issues with some being too drying on me (the Elf one comes to mind). I do my eye creams with my morning skin care, before my facial moisturizer and sunscreen. Then all of that sits for 10-15 minutes before I go to put my makeup on. Then eye primer and face primer are my first makeup steps. If my skin is feeling extra dry I go with the Tatcha Pearl because it hydrates nicely, and if I am feeling extra crepey looking under my eyes I do the Becca because it's more of a smoothing texture. They don't play nice with each other so it's a one or the other situation. I don't wear them every day - pretty much only if I need extra correction one way or the other.
Hi Kimberly! The Elf under eye primer is a little bit drying on me, where the Becca doesn't dry me out. I use the Elf more in the summer when my skin is less prone to dryness though - it's pretty!
Also it's a shame I'm so pale that all of the containers are way way too dark for my skin let alone my under eyes! I never know what to do about it. Do you know having any Avaya solution do coming from a girl who cannot afford anything higher than drugstore makeup?
I really like the new Elf Hydrating Camo concealer and it goes quite light in shades, or the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Hydrate. I wear C3 in that one so it does go a couple shades lighter than what I wear.
I've switched to Bright & Tight - same company and essentially the same thing as Tight Eye, but with additional ingredients that help with dark circles :) but yep still using it, 3-4 times a week now that I'm in sort of a maintenance mode with it. (I was more like 4-5x for the first year or so).
"Inner vast, purplness of my life" lol you have such a good sense of humor!
Hhahahah Emily Carr , bahahaha she does indeed!
I think of all the concealers I own, this one is the least drying on me. In fact it feels very smooth and doesn't irritate my eyes. It does crease a little bit though but my eyes are much crepier than yours are. This looked very nice on you. :)
Oh yes Shelly PLEASE find us that concealer that irons out our under eyes! 😂 I’ll add this one to my list to try out. Thanks for the review! ♥️
I'm in love with your detailed thorough reviews😍

Yes, 'A' concealers are very rare!!! Yay!!❤❤Thanks, Shelly❤❤

Wet n wild photo focus concealer!!!! Please review!!

Thanks! Nice review.
Thank you Shelly! Nice review & affordable!
Ooh! I’ve been waiting for this! ☺️
Sounds like your kitties were watching TV in the background! :)
Love this concealer!! It's my everyday.
Shelly, you should try the JCat dupe for your Becca under eye primer. I've been curious about both of them.
SO, Just so you know I can't go to sleep MWF unless I watch your video. LOL
Me too😊
😂😂😂
Your eye makeup is GORGEOUS!!!
Shelly this is one of my favorite concealers. I’m almost done with my milk makeup one now and this is next in line. I have to check on the fine lines I usually don’t notice them. Yes it is not drying I appreciate that so much.

Currently I’m putting my Revlon Prime Plus hydrating formula all the way up into my under-eye.
