Welcome back to part 4 of this long-awaited Marvel's What If! I'm glad to be back making Marvel's What If content and I heard all of the requests with Superior Iron Man In the MCU and wanted to showcase an alternate No Way Home storyline. I wanted to make this a very dark but developed story that would still bring in the original Spider-Men from Spider-Man No Way Home while keeping Iron Man in the MCU timeline.
There were many ways I could have added Iron Man to No Way Home but I thought this would be one of the best ways and I get to tell my own backstory on the broken-down Tony Stark who has fallen so far so fast. This Marvel's What If showcases the events after "What If Iron Man Survived In Avengers Endgame" & "What If Iron Man Was In Spider-Man Far From Home."

If Iron Man never murdered Electro, Sandman, Dr. Octopus, Lizard and Dr Strange then things would’ve been different. For starters he would let Peter transport them to dungeon instead of killing right away, Peter would go and cure them after his fight with Dr. Strange and Tony would meet Tobey and Andrew. He would also be allowed to stay in their universe where his family is still alive but he would also forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. But he actually accepts it after what he did to his Peter in his universe. He then decided to blow up his Superior Iron Suit so that he could forget about his universe
As much as I like this, the big flaw here is that once the spell is casted, Tony would still be sent back to his universe, no matter what happens.
Unless If Strange cast a spell to prevent Tony Stark from going back to his original universe

I can maybe see this as Gwen noticing Peter going in the Cross-Genetics Spider room much earlier and followed him in.
This could even lead into TASM2 and No Way Home where we get to see Andrews Spider-Man interact with this new version of Ghost-Spider
