I so enjoy watching your process. You made me realize that I was painting too quickly and to slow down is of importance. Thank you for that. Also, i love the sound of pastels hitting the surface, kind of ASMR and ditto for the music 🎶 🎵 👌

Hi Carol, thank you... Well it can take time to build up the look that you are after... But I haven't got that much experience so I'm also learning how to do things... Sometimes to be quick and spontanous is good too... I guess it is a balance 😅

@BetinaLundkaerJensenartist Agree, balance is key. I love also your ink drawings of fairies 🧚‍♀️

You know the flowers started off blue, was it always your intention to put a white layer over the top. Is that the way to do white subjects? Choose the undertone colour first, then add the white where it is needed nearer the end?
I found it fascinating watching the painting develop. Thank you.

@@artrae6256 Yes it was my intention to paint them white and no, there is no rules how to paint white objects... Actually some might choose to leave white areas only with white pastel or light colors... I'm learning and I often experiment 😅 Thanks for watching ☺️

Too long and tedious. So many times I wondered why you changed so many things. Good luck with your art.
