I forgot to ask you a question. Why do you say, "As calças estão largas"? I thought I would say, "As calças são largas" because the verb "ser" has a permanent situations. It is a permanent size. "Estar" verb has a temporary situations. For example, A bola é amarela. It is a permanent colour. BUT I dont understand why you use estar verb, As calças estão largas? The trousers are wide which is not supposed to be changed. 🤔🤔
@@lisbonshortsbyanareis Yes, ser and estar are complicated for me because I dont know when I use which one of two verbs. I know that ser verb has a permanent situation and estar verb has a temporary one. But I dont know others more than these two situations. It is a tricky one.
Thank you for a good lesson ❤

I said "As calças estão largas" because I was declaring that those trousers were too big for her so "estão". The verb to be is a tricky one.
