I was pleasantly surprised to see you posting about one of my favortie, crowd pleasing appetizers! I had a recipe from many years ago and I still make them the same way to this day. I add ham, sun dried tomatoes, oregano and parsley which makes these super yummy and delicious. Wishing you and yours all the best for 2024!

I find a quick rinse under a running tap followed by an immediate dry with a paper towel doesn't increase the water content of mushrooms one bit.
A soft mushroom brush also works well.
