As a streaming box enthusiast, it is always weird to me when someone recommends not to get an obviously better device. I have had every Apple TV so far. Each new device improves on the interface, and picture quality. I don’t have the 2022 model yet, but I will soon. 😁
@@applelcs I have all the major streaming boxes (Fire TV, Roku, Shield TV, etc. To me, Apple TV, has the best interface: usability, and uniformity. I will enjoy it. 😁 Thank you. ❤️
@@unendingwill TVOS and ROKU OS for the same reasons. You pretty much have to open an app for everything and they do a poor Job of integrating live TV into the interface. Roku has improved some with OS 11. TVOS tries to accomplish this in the APPLE TV app,but Netflix is excluded. Google,is my favorite follows by Fire TV. All of your paid streaming services as well as live TV is integrated nicely into the interface and makes it a lot easier to find content. TVOS requires too many steps and takes more time.
You did not explain that last year’s models also include Ethernet and thread, even though the lower model of the new 2022 does not - it was actually removed from that one
What if they made an Apple TV Stick? 🤔
Put speed on 1.25x thank me later.
You’re a gentlemen and a scholar! Good call lol
I’ll thank you right now, sir!
Thanks
Thanks
Thanks
What about for those of us that have the Apple TV 4K 1st gen model? Should we upgrade?

There's no interface update and only added HDR10+ support. Enjoy your new AppleTV though!

Thanks, should have made that clearer. Hence the 2 different models at a lower starting point.
I have the Apple TV HD 2015 edition. I figured mine might be due for an upgrade to this. Lol
