That's a beautiful leather. I've probably said before, but that would probably be the one I'd consider first for a green rebind. It looks lovely with that blind stamping too. You could also compare that green cowhide with the green Sokoto goatskin on that NLT rebind? Would be helpful for someone trying to decide between the two leathers 🤷♂
I know I'm probably going to ask a dumb question but I don't have any of the Bibles you show on here I don't have the money but on them rebins were the leather is like red or green do they die the leather or how do they get it that color love your videos if you run across a KJV bible that has a leather cover not to expensive can you let me know I'd love to have one thank you

Yes! Jeff's work at PTL is AMAZING. I have an ESV C&C in cowhide. It is a very rugged and durable Bible that will last a lifetime! I still am a goatskin fan at heart simply for its eloquence! But I do love that this cowhide leather can be thrown in a pack or anywhere, take a beating and build character while still looking fabulous over time. The green one you have is a very nice color of green, as always, thanks for sharing Tim!
I just got my nkjv wide margin Cambridge and I don't really know what to use in it I have some microns but they kind of show through a lot and I was wondering do you know any good ones to use in your wide margin that won't bleed through

Watching your Bible reviews/makeovers and rebinds are a regular viewing for me..almost like sitting and listening to a friend discuss Bibles, a favorite thing to do. Thanks to you and Rebecca.

The rebinders don’t dye the leather, but it’s dyed by the manufacturers.
