People acting like 34 felonies is such a big deal and he must be so corrupt to get 34 felonies is the most ignorant thing. The 34 felonies were, 11 counts of recieving an invoice from his lawyer, 12 counts of entering it into his records, and 11 counts of paying his lawyer.
So 34 counts of nothing. Ima tell you right now, I probably wouldn't have voted for him had it not been for this. I know I'm not the only one. Was probably the difference between him winning the electoral college and a popular vote landslide. I'm simply glad he won for no other reason than F...YOU!
It boils down to 3 different things that didn’t add up to being felonies but the corrupt DA made them one without explaining what the felony charge was

DOJ dropped this case because they knew they had no case. NYC picks it up, upgrades the original charges from misdemeanor charges of falsifying records by saying they were done to cover up a felony. During the trial the DA never actually stated what this other felony was. Never charged him with this other felony. And judge said the jury was allowed to rule guilty as long as they believed Trump committed another felony, but gave the jury 3 different potential felonies they were allowed to pick. And the jury didn’t need to all agree on what that other felony was, just as long as they all believed at least one had occurred. Same judge had his daughter fundraising for Democrats while doing this and was also a Biden donor himself. Just for people who really weren’t paying attention to how insane the trial actually was.

Just want to point out, Nux, that the charges were all misdemeanors. They were upgraged to felony charges because "we believe that they were committed in service to an underlying serious crime." They never stated what this supposed underlying crime was, much less proved him guilty of it. This should be all you need to know to conclude that the charges were always political. Even if he was guilty of them, misdemeanors are by definition not serious crimes that come with non-serious punishments. So even if he's guilty of them, his just punishment would essentially be nothing, not prison time and being labeled a fellon. It could even be both that he broke those laws AND that they were trumping up charges to stop him politically, because they weren't serious crimes that were being treated as if they were based on a supposed crime that they never even specified, much less proved actually happened. It's political. Always was.
There were also no victims for this alleged misdemeanors. The whole trial was done kangaroo court style and people who actually believe any of this was legit should be commited to a psychward for further psychiatric evaluation.
They were changed to a felony charge because they could demonstrate intent to commit a felony. If you break into a shed(misdemeanor) with a gun on you, you don't use the gun, but you get caught, you can be charged for a felony instead of a misdemeanor. They don't need to elaborate what crime they assumed you would commit, they just need to display that you were doing it with the intent to commit a more serious crime. If the jury is convinced, then you are guilty, that's how our legal system works. The jury was convinced that Trump committed those misdemeanors in order to commit a more serious crime, and was convicted.

I keyword-searched Trump in the published court doc (I think I'm not sure). There were 2 cases of mentioning Trump. 1. Mentioning how they're visiting a city, met Trump and stayed at his casino. 2. Someone was briefly asked bunch of names. A: Trump? B: No. I don't remember the context but I think there's nothing to charge him with.
@silvalgalewalker503 From what I heard Epstein was in Trump casino with underage girls and Trump or his staff kicked him out cause it illegal to bring minors into a casino She also mentioned briefly being at Mar-a-largo So the only time Trump was on that list was mentioned, the witness never said Trump participated in any illegal activity, the government asked her specifically about Trump and she couldn't give an eyewitness statement This gives Trump a plausible deniability that he and Epstein may have crossed paths and talk, it doesn't prove he was on that Island or if he did business with him, you can't fault a guy who is unfortunate enough to meet him Yet some people think his name mentioned on Epstein list means he was on the island (that's not what the report says), and that the narrative ordinary Democrats pushed but the media never fully came out and say it, why the news only calls him a Nazi, but as far as I know they never repeatedly said he was on Epstein Island? I could be wrong, that is how Tim Poole explains it on a video a year ago
Odds are if his name is associated with anything concrete to do with Epstein, they won't go after him for it because THEIR names are also on that list too. To quote Nux: "Satanic pedophiles on right, satanic pedophiles on the left." They're too scared of incriminating themselves at the same time.
1st, the january 6th charges were bs, a state trying to hang him on a federal crime was pure over reach. 2nd, the 30+ felonies were over some nonsense discrepancy in valuation of his property as collateral for a loan, upgraded to felony for each payment, due to an underlying crime, which isnt mentioned in the case, the problem is the bank is not pressing charges and if that charge stands then every American whos ever put forth collateral for a loan could be retroactively charged with this crime. However, it seems that he won't entertain the notion he might have made a mistake so when he calls it out, he doesn't realize it. That's why people who will criticize him call out this echo chamber he's in. Everytime he talks about these things inside it, people really don't disagree with him, and if they do, they seem to be shouted down. When he steps out of the echo chamber, he'll try to make points, but as a disagreement will happen sooner or later, he seems to publicly disagree like a meek child, or a spoiled brat. Quite honestly, I'm not a Trump guy, I like Vance and Vivek way more. But after revealing Stormy Daniels was a paid-off informant of a false rape charge, how a DA in my own home state used nepotistic practices to try him in my state (yeah, the Georgia case really annoyed me with how BS it specifically was), how most charges on the J6 protests against Trump were based on the legally unrecognized "Stochastic Terrorism" charge, and, oh yeah: how the news cycle between 2016-2020 was basically trying to frame Trump as Hitler Stalin McKillbaby with such stories like "Trump got TWO SCOOPS of ice cream": I have an easier time believing Donald John Trump is a 100% morally clean man, sent unto us by God on High to lead us into an Intersteller Christian Empire, than I do believing anyone from the DNC, Establishment Media and the Biden Administration were being truthful on ANY GODDAMN LEVEL!!! It wasn't even a rape charge at first either. Stormy went Bill Maher's show and told him how the Me too movement tried to turn it into one but she wanted to set the record straight that's not what it was. She only started saying that when they tried to bring the charges back up.

I'm now 19, and 2020-2024 has been our Vietnam. Totally disillusioned.
I think, technically, his only "conviction" was the idiocy involved in the sexual abuse case where during it they couldn't actually go with even a year it happened, meaning that he'd have to cover every second of every day over several years for what exactly he was doing at that point to disprove it...then added a defamation case ontop of that because he was pointing things out. Oh, and their "victim" then went on a media victory tour while making statements that sounded a heck of a lot like admissions that she'd made the entire thing up as part of the "Get Trump" push the crazies had.

Funny thing about the 34 felonies, we still don't know what the underlying crime was.
Even the jury doesn’t know.🤦♀️
To make it clear, the underlying crimes were:
A: Tax fraud: making a reimbursement look like income to avoid taxes.
B: Breaking the Federal Election Campaign act: His $130k payment to stormy is seen as a campaign contribution which in 2016, he was only allowed to contribute ~$2,700.
C: violation of Conspiracy, New York Election Law 17-152: Makes it illegal to conspire to promote the election of anyone through unlawful means (A/B)

And judge said the jury was allowed to rule guilty as long as they believed Trump committed another felony, but gave the jury 3 different potential felonies they were allowed to pick.

@ToyGuruMan and it's backfiring terrible for the left. The guy looks like an angel compared to the person the media claims he is.
@silvalgalewalker503 From what I heard Epstein was in Trump casino with underage girls and Trump or his staff kicked him out cause it illegal to bring minors into a casino
She also mentioned briefly being at Mar-a-largo
So the only time Trump was on that list was mentioned, the witness never said Trump participated in any illegal activity, the government asked her specifically about Trump and she couldn't give an eyewitness statement
This gives Trump a plausible deniability that he and Epstein may have crossed paths and talk, it doesn't prove he was on that Island or if he did business with him, you can't fault a guy who is unfortunate enough to meet him
Yet some people think his name mentioned on Epstein list means he was on the island (that's not what the report says), and that the narrative ordinary Democrats pushed but the media never fully came out and say it, why the news only calls him a Nazi, but as far as I know they never repeatedly said he was on Epstein Island?
I could be wrong, that is how Tim Poole explains it on a video a year ago
Odds are if his name is associated with anything concrete to do with Epstein, they won't go after him for it because THEIR names are also on that list too. To quote Nux: "Satanic pedophiles on right, satanic pedophiles on the left." They're too scared of incriminating themselves at the same time.

Cheating on taxes is a dumb phrase when it is the citzens that are cheated by being taxed.
You explained it well
"If they actually thought the charges were real, they would try to charge him. Yet if they weren't real and using it for political reasons there would be no reason to go after him any further.
9:00 Fascism. They were doing fascism. Politically motivated lawfare against the State's opposition is fascistic behavior.
Ah yes the facists trying to jail a person who isnt a facist xd
What exactly is lawfare?
@@thatsinteresting3415 Going after a person with the law that is not guilty of a crime knowing it.
They only had enough evidence of a crime that would be a misdemeanor (if it was a crime in the first place) but said it was 34 felonies then charged him after the time limit to charge him by 1 year. By making a "special law" that they only charged him with and no one else
@FredrikHennestad That would be vexatious litigation, not lawfare.
@@thatsinteresting3415 That's lawfare. The state attacking their political opposition is different from vexatious litigation, which is just interpersonal and exclusively civil, not criminal.
I need a mug that says "Breadtubers tears."
Like the male tears mugs but for insulting dishonest cucks instead of men.
And we can get In Praise of Shadows to be the main star!
Too much estrogen in those tears. It'll mess up my digestion, not to mention my hormone balance 😅
I swear this dude Nuxanor sounds like a south park character and I love it.
To clarify what hasan said, what he meant was: RRREEEeeeEeEEE. or something like that
Can’t wait for the UA-cam “community notes” tab on J6 to stop showing up on every video
39:10 - "Don't be a mark or a sucker." - Hassan
But Hassan, those are the only people who watch you unironically.
I would like dems to be charged for chaz and chop but I believe Trump has things he believes are more important.
Wouldn't it be career ending for these prosecutors who went after Trump, once all the cases are dropped.
Elected Democrats are not held to any standard.
It should be, but that’s not the world we live in
Jack Smith is already resigning and is already presumed to be fired when January hits
Crazy part is he was never legally appointed in the first place 😂
You have to do something to get away with something. Trump actually got away with nothing.....
Children will grow up thinking THIS is the origin of the phrase "trumped up charges".
Once in Bavaria a comedian was sued for slander because he stated that you need a criminal record to make a career in the conservative party.
Guess what: The comedian won the lawsuit
DJT living up to "Teflon Don" like always. It's truly fascinating to watch.
Essentially, dropping the charges is an admission that the charges were BS to begin with.
Yet again, people for some reason forget The Vietnam War happened. Guess what? Nothing good came out of that at all.
Of course the charges were dropped, the judges and prosecutors made the crimes up!
What they did to that man in New York is some of the most backhanded, pseudo judicial mumbo jumbo kung fu to ever ninja crawl through an American court room.
The worst part was millions of citizens seeing absolutely no problem with any of it.
The implication that he actually committed crimes is a problem too . He’s not getting away with anything. He was innocent , vindicated, literally exposed law fare .
"The walls are closing in." 😂
Slow-ass walls been closing for over 8 years at this point.
@vla1ne Spoiler: there were never any walls.
Nux is right if they actually had sufficient evidence on him they wouldve prosecuted ages ago. I think they were just harassing the guy. But idk the full details of the case
Yeah, and they've been going after him since 2015, when the DOJ had his campaign under surveillance. All that, Russiagate, impeachment attempts, and this is what they managed to wrangle up after all this time. I'm not sure anyone else in the US government could come away so unscathed lol.
I love HamasAbi losing his mind.
He is literally the physical embodiment of the meme, "Am i in the wrong? No, everyone else is."
I prefer HasaNazi
What was he wrong about?
@thatsinteresting3415 I'm referencing the meme. When he goes over the bit about media lambasting him and all the names and such, he acknowledges that the right wing claimed that was happening and were being vilified for it, essentially.
Not like a grown man that has apparently garnered such a political following.
I guess that it's more along the lines of he doesn't seem to hold to one point. He'll have multiple contradictory points, so he can claim he called it right.
@paulrobbs8840 You know he shouts because it's entertaining right? like when he argued with a chatter it's for entertainment. Most of the time it's his own fans trying to make him react like that because it's entertaining for them.
Not every breath someone takes is a serious matter.
And, I haven't seen him be contradictory. But that may just be my problem
@@thatsinteresting3415 I guess I "might" see where that's entertaining, but considering that he's been on tv giving his own commentary and spoken publicly, it feels like to me that he's trying to be a commentator/ journalist/ whatever. I can see where you're coming from, but when someone starts getting crazy takes like this, I feel like that should be a sign that it's gone too far
Love how people said Trump was convicted - what judge gave him a charge? He was never sentenced - hence no conviction . 😂
What concerns me is that only a powerful sith lord could take so much hatred and turn it into power to destroy your enemies 😂
Hearing Hasan talk is like listening to someone speak in tongues. I'm not nearly stupid enough to understand someone so educated and enlightened.
Bro, use your common sense. If Trump had really done anything illegal of note, there is zero chance he wouldn't be in jail.
Nux said it himself, "full weight of the legal system."
They dont miss if they even have a sniff of wrongdoing.
Why would there be zero chance? He's rich
@BMVfilms
Bc they wanted Trump as bad as they wanted Capone.
That's why I say if he was actually guilty they would've gotten him with how hard they went after him
I actually disagree with you on the law. I don't believe everyone should be treated equally. I think some punishments should be stricter or harsher for people who have the power to enforce or make them.
I think government employees should have much harsher punishments for law-breaking. They are granted extra power, and power comes with responsibility.
Nah, all politicians should be above the laws, so they are never Heald accountable for anything they do wrong.
@@thatsinteresting3415this is the MAGA option. They love dear leader so much. Bless their hearts 🙄
Exactly. Out of everyone you should have known better as someone who makes and enforces the law.
They had 8 years and every possible resource at their disposal to prove he broke a law, any law, and they failed. Case closed.
You'd think that if they're gonna scrutinize him over how many scoops of ice cream he gets or the fact that he eats KFC with a fork and knife, then they'd be all over any actual crime he's committed.
still looking through trump rule 34 and i still havent found the allegations
Gotta keep looking, it’s right next to the swordfighting
29:16 the meltdown starts here
You dropped this 👑
Trump is the modern-day robin hood, robin hood wasn't rich but that's just a technicality lol
Actually, he was. Sir Robin of Locksley was a nobleman, and that DEFINITELY made him "rich" for the times. It was only after the State came after him and appropriated his land due to unjust taxation that he became a rebel and saw things from the perspective of the common man, making him a beloved hero of the people.
When did Robin Hood have a fake university, sell $100,000 gold Russian watches or steal from his own charity?

Quite honestly, I'm not a Trump guy, I like Vance and Vivek way more. But after revealing Stormy Daniels was a paid-off informant of a false rape charge, how a DA in my own home state used nepotistic practices to try him in my state (yeah, the Georgia case really annoyed me with how BS it specifically was), how most charges on the J6 protests against Trump were based on the legally unrecognized "Stochastic Terrorism" charge, and, oh yeah: how the news cycle between 2016-2020 was basically trying to frame Trump as Hitler Stalin McKillbaby with such stories like "Trump got TWO SCOOPS of ice cream":
I have an easier time believing Donald John Trump is a 100% morally clean man, sent unto us by God on High to lead us into an Intersteller Christian Empire, than I do believing anyone from the DNC, Establishment Media and the Biden Administration were being truthful on ANY GODDAMN LEVEL!!! Not because I fully believe HIM, but because I CAN'T TRUST A FUCKING WORD OUT OF THEIR COLLECTIVE MOUTHS!
It wasn't even a rape charge at first either. Stormy went Bill Maher's show and told him how the Me too movement tried to turn it into one but she wanted to set the record straight that's not what it was. She only started saying that when they tried to bring the charges back up.
We are professional Hasanabi haters here. Nothing else to see.

Saying "history is written by the winner" takes a very narrow view of world history.
If you do some reading from many different cultures, you will find that the winners do not, in fact, "always write the history."
I get the sentiment though.
i mean the biggest example is world war 2, hitler lost and the entire country of germany has ben viewed as the worst most evil place in the world since, even tho it clearly is not anymore
The entire time this was going down, I kept asking people (family and friends, not randos, I'm sane I swear), "First off, what were his charges? And second, has he been convicted?" And I kept getting different answers depending on who I asked. And I knew then and there that, "Holy crap, they're friggin' lying. The government is lying to me!" I'm now 19, and 2020-2024 has been our Vietnam. Totally disillusioned.
100% and at least from what I’ve found it’s also hard to find a truly unbiased news source.
Trump was too rich to be convicted. Two tier justice system. Elon also snubbed his nose at the law.

When a judge decides he can limit his freedom of speech and still make those charges stand? That’s stupid have a fair hearing and do things under the Constitution not against it
