These crispy delicious bread rolls are a popular snack in India and my mum used to often make it as an after school or weekend treat. And now my kids love these too. I made these with Rupa in India and hope you will try these too.

How do we keep rolls from opening up in the oil? I have tried these years ago and failed.

you have to make sure the bread is wet and moist so it sticks together
