You might think your paintings weird but when everybody looks at it , everyone can relates , I can see your turmoil, pain , basically your demons whatever you have touch or experienced created it,, but in it you painted that paintings.. however was it worth it .. sometimes it’s good to be safe ..

sasha gordon has an insane technical ability! i think your work is really cool. if you want to be on her level it's all about not being lazy with technique and really focusing.
You art is so inspiring to me. I’m a senior in highschool applying to art colleges. I’ve won national awards for my realism but to be able to have a personal style that flows between mediums like you do is beautiful. I hope to find one someday

I know that art students compare themselves with other successfull artists (i am also studying art) but many artist also reach their success at the age of 30 or older. Or they get their first soloshows at the age of 33. Its often like this because the older you get the better u get in your profession and you do more artwork which is more established or professional (?) like something unique like a technique only you can do. So dont think like that, virtual hugs!!! I know this feeling of comparison but dont give up, you also have a big following through social media so many galerist can discover you!

Hello. I am also a fellow art major and just sent in my apps for USC arts so I kinda know your stress of why am I not good enough as this artist and what not. But I think you should be really proud of where you are at. I think technique is something you can gain over time but your creativity and uniqueness that got you initially into this school is still within you and is something that you should be really boasting about. I’m quite jealous of how much individuality you are able to put in your piece. Anyways stay healthy and good luck with any endeavors❤

genuine question, what’s your opinion on gap years? like would you suggest going straight into Uni- or having a break, personally I need the break to save to move, but just asking out of curiosity
also, I’ve been following you since I decided I was going to do art in Uni like once I’d cemented that idea. i was like i need visualisation so i watched so many art uni blogs- and your channels like the main one i go back to, watched so many of your vids I’ve lost count. I’m in grade 12 now been following since last year I think I’m not sure.. but your art has grown so much! and it’s amazing to see how far a person can come! You’ve really delved more into artwork that suits you but also you’re trying to branch out and experiment and I don’t know it’s just so inspiring!! sorry I’m like rambling but I love you work so much! some of my favourites were your sculptural prices but the paintings are also so unique and the meaning is so in depth! i look up to you. good luck with all your Uni work! don’t forget to take breaks and have fun along the way

@@brettpaint if I was to make you stand on a piece of grass that is very dried and dead.. and then I make you stand on another piece.. very green , lush .. what would you paint from that !!?? Another word .. the more you limit and deconstruct.. you will produce things that you are the inside the opposite of that is. Increase , have more , enjoy more , your depression and thoughts of yourself will go away.. most negative.. but the part where you limit yourself is wrong direction on health.. unless it’s physical health like fat etc , or drugs then that’s diff.. but this is health , your energy your mental health.
