I've drive a couple hundred laps at this version of Mosport already. So happy they fixed the curbs at moss corner at v.1.0. haven't tried the other but most definitely will.
Used to run Seattle In gran Turismo back in the day. When you said they'd done a version for AC I nearly wet myself. I just ran about 10 laps in VR there and trust me, it's the same frustrating track in 3D as it was/is in 2D, but now the added immersion of perception has taken this track to another level. I won't be rushing back to it every day but nostalgia and technology have taken this old man back to his 'good old days' with some a plume. Off to go run it in reverse - 'Look ma, I'm flying'. lol Thanks Mike, you da man!
Really impressed by Mosport and Anglesey (in VR)!! Nothing bad to say about Imola '94, and I haven't tried the other two yet, but I have watched a few videos of Seattle.
It is heavy, but nothing out of range. If you have a 4-core CPU (just as any ryzen, or the 3 lastest intel gens) it will be allright. Currently doing sth like 60% of usage in a 24 car race with a R5 1400, butter smooth.
Pretty fine, I have noticed no real impact except when rain/wet weather used, than of course it has a performance hit but still very good. Not as intensive as Singapore day or night (if you haven't tried Singapore night, you need to lol), so if you can run that you'll be fine with this.
So does AC have a Championship or career mod for offline play and can you get full mod packs ie: all the cars from a season like F1 88,lmp1 or gt3 etc: to run said championship? I only play for fun but want something to keep me interested. I have RF2 but it lacks badly any sort of champ mode.
you can create custom championships in AC and add in what tracks and cars you want in them, it might be hard to find a full field of some cars but most formula 1 car mods have skins of the other cars in the field that year. Creating a lmp and gt3 field should be pretty easy with base AC cars and mods. plus you can find custom championships that have already been created on race department. www.racedepartment.com/downloads/categories/ac-career.60/
Thank you for the replies and tips and tricks the more the better. Looks like I'll need to pick this up as well as RF2 while great physics and many other things also lacks a lot of basic features even RF1 had.
What car mod was that on Norisring? And is it any good? I already have the RSS F3 car which is great, but it's a bit overpowered compared to the W Series/F3 Regional car.
Thank you so much for your reviews! -- reliable sources! I can't get enough of this new mod track www.racedepartment.com/downloads/horsma-raceway.27713/ at the moment though. Might be worth a look.
Eugenernator I definitely thought about it. I wasn’t sure that I could provide any value. But I’ll consider it for future similar videos. Thanks for the suggestion, and thanks for watching!
Nice tracks, I've got a question: when I've got the latest custom schaders patch and the latest Sol mod installed when ever I race at the northschleife the grass constanly changes from green to brow colors. So I still use cm schaderspatch 1.25.049 en Sol 1.0. Is there a way to stop those color changes and if not, is it happening on other tracks as well? Maybe someone can help?
kotsbak I’m sorry, I really don’t know. My advice is to post it on the Discord of a sim racer named Highness. He’s brilliant when it comes to the Shaders Patch. He can probably help you
Is there someone who could help me run Assetto Corsa on my PC? Ihave not been able to play for almost a year. It's some update problem but I cannot find the folders. Any help would be nice I would even offer to pay or donate some cash. Thanks
Try uninstalling the game from steam, reinstalling and installing from zero all the nice mods (CM, CSP, and SOL, in that order). If you can avoid uninstalling all the car and track mods it would be better for you.

Sorry about the oversized cockpit overlay at Imola. I’ll have a word with the video editor (me).
He should get 100 bucks less at the end of the month !!1!11!!!!
Engine Failure he’s got a family to feed, so I’ll go easy on him, lol
@@SimRacing604 Ah, ok, give him your cockpit setup then :D

Thank you, brother! I’m glad you’re enjoying it
Anglesey is an awesome little track for lower powered cars... Caterhams, Escort RS, Skippies etc.
Many a happy track day there.
Dark Newt I totally agree. I had a blast doing the b-roll for this video in the MX-5 Cup
Agreed, laser traced and great fun.
Really appreciate these videos. It's always nice to see some gameplay with the mods before downloaing and installing them, thanks 👍

Hey Mike, the description of the Norisring 2009 on race department says its not CPU friendly. How did you find it?
It is heavy, but nothing out of range. If you have a 4-core CPU (just as any ryzen, or the 3 lastest intel gens) it will be allright. Currently doing sth like 60% of usage in a 24 car race with a R5 1400, butter smooth.

Hi just wondering what mod did you use on the norisring?
I suck at F1 it is still to much hard focus for me. Great edit man.
Dude I haven't even gotten to the tracks in your previous free track mods video🤦🏾♂️. School isn't my friend right now xD

If you update the CSP, you must also update all the cars and tracks configs (on the CM itself)
Matias Corvino oh great! Thanks for this information.
Thank you Matias, I'll try that
