To Alistar, Nikki, Jules, and the other presenters, my condolences to you for the loss of your colleague and fellow host, Johnny Irwin. Our thoughts are with you and his family at this time. Blessings and Hugs to you all! To those who may question, Johnny died on February 2nd.
Johnnie will be greatly missed! My condolences to Nikki, Jules and Alistar as well as other presenters. He had a charm all his own. Blessings of peace, strength and courage to his family and all those who loved him.
stunned at how much an educator and hypnotherapist make- wow. The second home has the most to offer for meeting all needs: therapy room, rental , with a ton of space inside.
I couldn’t live in an old slaughterhouse where animals were killed en masse. House 1 had no real character and no garden with the converted chapel. If I had to pick one it would be #1 but I would keep looking.
I preferred the 1st house. Being empty of furniture made them not to see it's potential. For me it needed updating but it's price being the cheapest, location, layout and outside space makes its my favourite.
2 of the houses were a complete waste of time. They wanted 5 bedrooms plus a music room plus a therapy room and a decent sized garden. House 1 had 4 bedrooms and no space for the therapy room at all. The mystery house was large, but the open plan layout would not have worked and it had zero garden! They had 2 young boys for goodness sake; what's the point of showing them a house without a garden? The land in Property 2 was magical and a wonderful natural paradise for a couple of youngsters to grow up, but the property needed a lot of work and a lot of money to invest. Plus with house 2, as others have said, a former abattoir for pit ponies...! that's pretty shocking, I wouldn't want to live there.
No 1 was awful. Mystery house was cruel to show since they stressed the need for outside space. No 2 was really interesting, but even though I'm not a vegan or anything that would have creeped me out. A shame. The wild garden was magical.
its a theme of this programme...give them want they don't ask for....its either 40k over budget...we dont want thatched roof...get thatched roof... want 5 acres, get a normal small garden,...must have 4 bedrooms, got two but can renovate..etc etc etc..
Number 1 wasn't awful. It was a beautiful home that needed a little bit of updating and putting one's own stamp on it. It was way better than house two whose upstairs was hideous and felt a bit dark and cramped
House 1 was sweet - too small for their wants though. 2 was an incredible opportunity but the cost of doing it up will be large but I thought it ticked all their boxes otherwise. Not sure how I felt about 3/mystery house - for me, it was an odd layout and ofc no private garden.
I just will never understand why houses that in no way follow the specifications of the buyers are being shown to them. The converted chapel with OUT a garden! Just where do they expect the kids to play? Such a waste of the couple's time. Shame on whoever produces this show.
I love Alistair what a sexy hunk and appreciate that gay couples are also featured. I did laugh when they said they were looking for a cottage, if you know you know.

*****Condolences to Jonnie’s family from The United States in (Louisiana) and congrats to the couples new home***** ❗️❗️❗️
If there is a cat in the house, it always finds Alistar. lol
If a cat likes you you’re a good bloke.

No, me either!
I agree! I don't eat animals and I wouldn't want to live in a place where there once was so much fear, pain and cruelty!💔
They were pit ponies though. Death would have been a welcome relief for them.
True, one was the best out of the three. I think with beams and a fire place and make changing the floors to hardwood could add character.
He will have zero clients for therapy,in the north of England, people go for a walk and talk to their friends in the pub,we are not southern softies
Well, he could go to the pubs and hypnotise patrons for entertainment, for a fee of course. lol

RIP JONNIE
Oh my goodness, I just had a look online! How terribly sad this is!😢 He will be greatly missed! Rest in eternal peace Jonnie!🙏🕯️🕊️
The second house was perfect for them
I think sometimes they just have to show the best of the worst.

I would never buy a former slaughter house yuk😢

Yes, house one would make a beautiful home with a bit of updating but it wasn't for them.

Agree totally wasted everyone's time. What was the purpose if it didn't meet the needs of the client ffs
Former slaughterhouse, bad fengsui ffs
the first house and garden has no charme.. ,ou can't build in 1990 an think it's a cottage.. old isn't like old.. ❤
Horrible houses
