Council gears up to deliver our City's new green bins | Fairfield City Council

Good news! 🌱 The first in our FOGO (Food Organics Garden Organics) truck fleet has arrived!
Our distribution centre is bustling with activity as we prepare to deliver your new green bins and kitchen caddies. Inside your bins you’ll find some important information about the new fortnightly FOGO service including:
🌱 A roll of 150 compostable liners to use in your kitchen caddy
🗓️ Waste calendar with FOGO and recycling collection details
🔖 3 stickers to place on your bins to help with sorting your waste correctly
🛍️ A sample of 80L compostable bags for grass clippings
🔔 Remember, don’t start using your green bin until collections start from 3 June, refer to your waste calendar for the collection schedule in your street.
If you run out of liners you can pick more up for free from Council’s Administration Centre in Wakeley or Fairfield City Leisure Centres once the service starts.
