This is pure speculation, but I wonder if they’re going to incorporate the Castlevania DLC almost like an alternate route within the game? Seeing as it’s going to be a much larger DLC, maybe they’ll make it so you can go from prisoners quarters into a ‘castlevania’ route that‘a sort of independent of the main path? I think that would be a cool way to go about it, as it would add content to early, mid, and late game.
Everything. Every single one of them is a must buy. I've been playing Dead Cells ever since it's Early Access stage and not once I've been disappointed by their updates.
Hi, making this comment on Update 35 of the game, it's still on beta but I think it won't change too much The Castlevania DLC currently introduces 2 new biomes and 2 (almost 3) bosses, witch you can access in early game (2 biomes and 1 boss) or/and late game after the second boss fight (1 biome and the last boss) it introduces quite a bunch of weapons and an Easter egg for the Castlevania enjoyers in the last biome, i don't want to sound bias or anything but this is their best dlc in terms of content added to the game, definitely pick it up if you're looking for this
They’re all on sale. Buy all of them. Source: I just bought all of them. 13 hours in. Just got my first BSC. Also, even if you don’t own the DLC, entrances to DLC biomes still spawn and basically wast your time.
I think a cool idea for a showcase run would be to take only the DLC biomes. A "Road to the Sea" showcase run perhaps. I particularly do like how the DLC biomes together have a different theme and lore from the base game routes. The base game routes are set within the kingdom while the DLCs are set on the outskirts of places that were abandoned or where people were sent into exile.
I haven't been playing dead cells for very long but I made it to the hand of the king boss and it completely threw me off guard also as good as my build was it didn't take long for me to get overwhelmed I did unlock some more content just making it to that boss fight boss rush and the bank I've been trying to improve the quality of my weapons at the blacksmith and I unlock advanced forge 1 all in the same run this is the first rouge like game I was willing to try out and I've been enjoying it a lot, this game definitely lives up to it's reputation

Get all the DLCs and enjoy the game, guys, it's 100% worth it. Not a fan of roguelikes, but I fell in love with DC, after 176 hrs of game time, all biomes finished, all bosses beaten, four BCs acquired, almost all weapons discovered, I can confidently say that DC is one of my favorite games of all time, I have no plans to stop running and it's joy in its purest form. Music is sublime, constantly changing levels and randomness of weapons keeps the freshness and excitement alive and kicking, regardless of the route u take. This game doesn't get old and all biomes have smth to offer, if you really like the game, I don't see why would you willingly omit some of the content, especially if you can easily get the DLC bundle for cheap. Heck, even full price, still worth it, man, hell of a game!!
All of them are an absolute banger, Arboretum and the swamps are eerily satisfying, Fatal Falls is incredibly fun, Queen and the Sea is a great challenge and the Shipwreck is a blast of a level and Castlevania is practically a new game altogether. And Rise of the Giant is a no brainer of course xD

While I don't really get to enjoy the DLC stages as much since going off my preferred route is too out of my comfort zone, I really like all of the mutations, outfits, and gear that come with all of the DLCs which is why I bought all of them when I first got hooked to Dead Cells. They really all are worth it

Sadly on console the seperate DLC never go on sale individually unlike the DLC packs. Personally I bought dead cells with the first 2 DLC as a bundle on sale, waiting since the Queen DLC dropped for it to go on sale but it never does. only the full DLC packs which I cant buy anymore because I own the first 2 already. I know alot of people with a similar issue, idk if they will ever change that
I have to add that many of my friends who bought the game played it at launch but never bought any DLC afterwards. Many stopped playing after 2BC or 3BC also. The game has changed a lot over the years, many haven't experienced the busted guides.
I can attest to this. Bought Queen and the Sea and I can count the amount of times I've gotten to the Infested Shipwreck on my fingers. I should probably go on a lower boss cell level to unlock the stuff but... nahhhhhhhh.
That also goes into other things because that percentage also counts everyone who has ever bought or been gifted the game so all the people who had a nice friend who sent them the game but they legit never play it and all those people and the people who bought it and never got around to it. I have all the dlc in the game I still haven’t explored all the dlc yet still and I owned them for ages because I just haven’t had a massive amount of time to play
So i got the deadcells return to castlevania edition with all dlc included.... for a first time experience it all blends together nicely and i often take harder routes and think "yeahhhh this biome needs to wait a lil bit...."
The first time I play the game, I bought every single DLC. Can't even imagine how I played if I didn't do that lol, the idea of having some biomes remain untouched make me want to play more and more. All of them are worth it.

I'm in the hilarious position where I've been playing through steam family share using my brother's purchase. He has all the DLCs, so I got to play them all... except for the free Rise of the Giant DLC. For whatever reason, steam doesn't let you install this free DLC unless you own the base game. I thought I wouldn't need the free DLC, so I kept playing for ~50 hours this past month. I eventually managed to complete the game on 4BC and at the end, I was given this letter that said that I needed to kill the Giant to unlock 5BC. Welp, so much for that... I guess I'll consider buying Dead Cells for myself once the Castlevania update is out.
I bought the game + all of its DLC during this Winter sale and it was kind of overwhelming trying to figure out what to do and where to go. You have all these different biomes to choose from, and you can find each of the runes to access those biomes pretty early into the game. With a game like this one, where collecting weapons, runes, mutations, and just items in general is important to your success, you can find yourself getting lost easily. My advice for other newbies is to just buy DLC later or search online what the base/default biomes are, and stick to those until you've acquired more items and have perhaps beaten the last boss. Going into a different biome every run just results in you having to familiarize yourself with a whole new set of enemies and mechanics and you are likely to die or take unnecessary damage. I basically found myself trying to challenge the queen of the sea (and losing to the servants, albeit almost killing them on my very first try) before I even found the hand of the king, and on normal difficulty, he was easily defeated. But it seems like there are ideal biomes to challenge first, while you should save others for later once you've unlocked better items and what not.
It's all worth it as someone who's kept buying the destiny 2 dlc trust me if you like dead cells it's all worth it and getting extra paths is just on its own adding a lot to the game
Looking some reviews to check which one I will buy... So, basically the map is the same on the three versions of Dead Cells, the main difference is how the enemies, weapons and bosses are arrenged on it?

But I shouldn't of bought it for just Castlevania because this game rocks I love it! Update: the Castlevania dlc is awesome as hell! All the DLCs are worth the buy! For PS4 can get all for 20 and not on sale pretty cheap lots of content!
i own QatS but have not been to the shipwreck yet, so i dont think basing the amount of people who own the dlc on the achievement stats is completely accurate
hmm, when i wanted to enter the Fatal Falls it said ''Requires Fatal Falls DLC'' but i already own this DLC. do you have any idea whay it still says this ?
Hey, quick question. Can you make an updated boss guide after the Castlevania DLC releases? Because I legit need some help with the Servants in the Lighthouse, they keep clapping my cheeks.
From the future here, castlevaina dlc has both early game and end game SPOILERS BELLOW!!! If you go into the DLC at early game, then you'll fight death then go into thr fishing village. If you do that and next run you get to the end of clocktower and it's boss, you can do the other half of thr DLC and fight Dracula
I bought the entire bundle not knowing what is DLC and what isn't so my first win was beating the Lighthouse and the Queen, which I thought were "practice bosses" you could opt for before deciding to finally tackle the "real" boss in the Throne room. :)
The dlc achievements are misleading. It isn't as much of people splitting up what they buy. But just the numbers of people who are paying at the time of each release. Of course some people pick and choose. But a game is most popular at launch and the longer its out the more people move on(in most cases)
i dont get why i should buy dlcs? i killed the king and now im wondering why i should continue playing the game? the goal for me was to see how far i come, but now i got to the end so why should i continue, i mean the dlcs levels would just be between the other levels, so after i run through one dlc i just get to the next normal level i already experienced because i got to the end.

Looking some reviews to check which one I will buy... So, basically the map is the same on the three versions of Dead Cells, the main difference is how the enemies, weapons and bosses are arrenged on it?
Im playing on mobile and have all DLCs..love the game and wanna support the developer
Me to man. I love this game Wich bc do you have?
@@mahmoudalibrahem780 rn im on 2 bc,but i have 5bc using electric whips+ice shards before nerf, but im scared face the final boss..
How bout u bro??
I used the giant sword and these 2 blood torrents i forgot what name they had. And wind shield to Speedrun the game
I wish dead cells had multiplayer mode cause I want to play whit my bro
@@mahmoudalibrahem780 speed run 5bc??
Yes all of them are worth it, full price or sale its great content
I just noticed the old poison effect icon in the thumbnail... man i miss it way better that that now it takes little to no space and i miss the old burning oil and burning they were actually fire not a stupid ring
Just bought all dlc while being early game and it threw me straight into castelvanje
I bought the queen dlc thinking I would be able to make it to that point and since I bought it I have not been able to make it to that point
Can you make a video about the buffs that show up above your head? The only ones i understand is the speed and curse sign.
I have all DLC...
Get them all. The tougher late/end game biomes will come in handy once you git gud.
The answer is all of them
Good man
The castlevania one is definitely worth more then it is I love it
I bought this game last week! The main reason I bought it was for return to Castlevania I am a Castlevania fan big time! But I shouldn't of bought it for just Castlevania because this game rocks I love it! Update: the Castlevania dlc is awesome as hell! All the DLCs are worth the buy! For PS4 can get all for 20 and not on sale pretty cheap lots of content!
I need the Castlevania DLC right now. Seriously.
i own QatS but have not been to the shipwreck yet, so i dont think basing the amount of people who own the dlc on the achievement stats is completely accurate
Wait, the third dlc's content REPLACES base game content? I bought this game yesterday and already decided to buy the dlc pack but this gives me pause
hmm, when i wanted to enter the Fatal Falls it said ''Requires Fatal Falls DLC'' but i already own this DLC.
do you have any idea whay it still says this ?
Pseychie: you shouldn’t go to queen if you are new to the game
Me on my first run were I can go to castle: are you sure?
all of them total is like 30 dollars these devs are amazing I wish I could buy more
Hey, quick question. Can you make an updated boss guide after the Castlevania DLC releases? Because I legit need some help with the Servants in the Lighthouse, they keep clapping my cheeks.
From the future here, castlevaina dlc has both early game and end game
SPOILERS BELLOW!!!
Tbh I didn't really think much about it and just bought the game and all three DLC together.
Yea I have reached 4BC but I still have not went a single time to the ship
It might sound silly but does the DLCs come included if I purchase thru Google PlayStore?
i can see monster in game so beautiful. Can u show me ur setting game ?
I bought all the dlc in a pack but it was cheaper than the normal game alone.. (the pack also included the game)
All of them, so the game doesn't get boring. I feel like the game with all current DLCs feels like a bade game, that would benefit from more DLC
what dlc is the mobile version?🐧
The dlc achievements are misleading. It isn't as much of people splitting up what they buy. But just the numbers of people who are paying at the time of each release. Of course some people pick and choose. But a game is most popular at launch and the longer its out the more people move on(in most cases)
I wanna play queen and the sea so badly but my controller is broken and i'm having such a hard time learning how to play on keyboard 🤧
Instructions unclear, purchased everything
I bought all including the castlevania dlc before I even came across this video
Are all the dlc included on mobile?
I downloaded the game 2 months ago and got all dlc off rip. Will never look back
i dont get why i should buy dlcs? i killed the king and now im wondering why i should continue playing the game? the goal for me was to see how far i come, but now i got to the end so why should i continue, i mean the dlcs levels would just be between the other levels, so after i run through one dlc i just get to the next normal level i already experienced because i got to the end.
Do the 5 others difficulty
bro...its a rougelike..youre supposed to do different runs with different builds
Pseychie really forgot Rise of the Giant DLC 💀
Was it not a free dlc? If so then it doesn't matter to include it since it's basically the base game
All of them. You should buy all of them
all of them? what a silly question
All of them.
